We had a fabulous time and would definitely come back to stay. The appartment was reasonably price and a great location

Murat was fabulous, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment had access to a gorgeous swimming pool and beach access which was around a 5 minute walk. The apartment also had gym access which we used frequently.

We had a great stay at seven palms. Such a great price for the palm, facilities were very good & host was very informative and replied very quickly.

Water flooded the floor every time we showered & sadly only one mirror so getting ready took longer.

Property is very good but first day we suffered without WiFi and not working cooking utensils . Next day they came and fixed .

Seven Palm very bad experience and they don’t value clients

The host is unprofessional and is a fraud allocates my booking different locations and I could not check in and I had to find another accommodation for my stay and they did not call me or get in touch with me.

Stay away from this property!

Location

We had a very disappointing stay. Communication before arrival was poor—I had to chase the property owner for check-in details and wasn’t even given the apartment number in advance. I had to call and message on WhatsApp just to get access. The booking was for 3 adults and clearly stated a sofa bed would be included, but when we arrived, there was only one bed and no sofa bed. The owner was informed but didn’t offer to relocate us or provide any compensation. He did bring a fold-up bed the next day, but it didn’t even fit in the apartment, so all 3 of us were forced to share one bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and completely impacted our holiday experience. I would not recommend this property.

l'appartamento/monolocale è situato in una zona bellissima e molto comoda, vicino al Mall, fronte spiaggia e accanto al lungomare, si è proprio nel gambo della palma. non si può volere di più per questo prezzo, c'è anche la piscina a sfioro sul rooftop che è il pezzo forte della struttura, con una vista mozzafiato e l'accesso alla spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini inclusi. UN SOGNO. gli spazi sono ben distribuiti, l'unica cosa è il bagno che non avendo una finestra o un aspiratore restava un po' umido rispetto al resto dell'appartamento. qualità prezzo incredibili.
