byt je téměř nový (2 roky starý), patří k němu soukromá pláž asi 200 metrů od vchodu do apartmánového domu, kde jsou k dispozici zdarma lehátka i slunečník, ke není ani všudy přítomná otravná hudba z ostatních plážových klubů. Máte také přístup na nádherný vyhřívaný střešní bazén s luxusním výhledem 180 stupňů na moře, JBR pláž a dubajské oko. Z jeho terasy vidíte i na druhou stranu například hotel Atlantis nebo Burj Al Arab. Byt je velmi dobře vybaven a má rozkládací gauč a 2 stoly, pro 2-3 osoby je tu dostatek místa.

Pokud jste senzitivní na hluk, byt je přímo nad rušnou 4 proudou silnicí. I při zavřených oknech slyšíte neustálý hukot aut a ráno mě to budilo, ale kolegyni to třeba vůbec nevadilo.

Lovely apartment in great location. Owner was very good answering any questions and communication.

Only negative I would say it would be beneficial if they could supply towels for beach / pool use

The ownership, or person I was writing to was quick to respond and try to find a solution.

The room was dirty upon checkin, laundry hanging, old food in the fridge, hair in shower and bathroom floors. Upon notifying the ownership, they sent a cleaner. She arrived with her infant, which I found strange, and upon cleaning again, there was still fries in the fridge, and more hair in the shower. Moreover, she didn’t do anything with the laundry hanging there from the day before. I didn’t realize that I needed to show her before she left and reinspect if the apartment was clean and she didn’t her job. Maybe she was too short to see the food in the top of the fridge, but as a guest i don’t think it should be my job to inspect, and tell them how to do their job. I paid 700 pounds for a few nights.
