Nice property, but very poor support and communication when it mattered most.

The location is good, and the building itself has nice facilities such as the beach access and pool. The apartment was generally clean.

I had to sleep without a blanket because the staff gave incorrect information about the location of the extra linens. I was told they were in a cabinet, which was empty. When I informed them, I was told support was not available at that time. No one mentioned that the linens were under the sofa bed. The issue was only resolved when a staff member came the next morning and showed the exact location. Later, the host claimed that “the guest couldn’t find it,” which is not accurate. The problem was poor communication and lack of night support.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need and excellent infinity pool

This was a studio apartment. It was very nicely furnished, light and airy. Had everything in the kitchen needed. Balcony with a lovely view. Great infinity pool with excellent views over the skyline and gulf. Someone helpful was working in the apartment next door and popped in to show how everything works though most self explanatory.

I would have liked someone to hand me my keys. My daughter was in the hotel next door and the information came through on email and text to enter the building. At 70 I still like a personal touch I arrived at 6am and there is nowhere to leave luggage. However, a kind gentleman let me leave it in the hotel next door and let me stay in the reception area and gave me a drink until my daughter came.

The cleaning charge I think is a little high for everytime you want your apartment cleaned, but we was very lucky and the owners was very accommodating and did it for us once for free which was really kind

Bravoooooo

Prime location! Only a one-minute taxi or Uber ride to the nearest shopping mall, with quick access to all major sights. There is a direct metro link to Atlantis from the mall. This superb accommodation offers a private beach (at no extra charge) and a spectacular infinity pool on the rooftop of the building. Everything you would pay 3 to 4 times more for elsewhere is included here in the price. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, iron, and more – providing more convenience than we usually have at home. 24-hour owner support is also guaranteed. Truly outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I have recommended this secret gems to friends & family 🥰

The location, the apartment layout, the indoor and outdoor amenities, the value for money, the view, the rooftop pool/bar—you have it all in one place! I usually stay at hotels on the Palm, but this experience convinced me to come back! But next time with friends :) The host and property manager were always available and checked that everything was okay. I ordered groceries through the Careem app, and they arrived between 15 and 30 minutes, right outside the apartment door! Simply amazing! I highly recommend this combination! What other place can offer a rooftop bar, an infinity pool, and a 5-minute walk to the beach club? A 24-hour gym, pool/beach towels can be rented for AED 20, and lounge chairs are included! For taxis or ordering food, simply use Uber/Bolt/Careem, and others.

The downside to the private beach area was that there were no restrooms or bar where you could get drinks. The beach itself was a bit rocky, bring swim/surf shoes for kids if possible.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable and a perfect location for a 2 week stay on the palm.

The apartment is really lovely, clean, comfortable and has all you need and more for a great stay. Owners communicated within minutes at all times via what’s app. Really helpful. As a solo traveller this is also appreciated. This was my 3rd visit to Seven Palm. It’s the perfect place to base yourself to explore Dubai whilst having a relaxed break. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Wonderful experience in Palm Jumeirah with Infinity Pool

The view, room and infinity pool was great, the host left a pool towel for us, it's very toughtful. Find the key its easy, the host connected me before stay and always answer the questions, give all informations before stay. Very recommended.

I had the most amazing experience everything was so clean and tidy with great facilities the room had everything I needed for my 24 days I stayed for. Roof top pool was exceptional and all the staff was super friendly. The host was so informative and helpful. I had a balcony with a view and it was beautiful.

Best and cleanest Dubai stay with amazing infinity pool and view

Had a fantastic stay! The studio was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely view of the sea and JBR beach and high rise buildings. The roof top infinity pool is amazing with great views and bar. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, she recommended some great local restaurants with great discounts for residents and nearby supermarkets and malls. The location was perfect for exploring the Jumeirah Palm area. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I’m definitely going to use this studio for my future business trips to Dubai

OUTSTANDING Views and amazing service.

The room was the cleanest we'd ever stayed in. It sounds a little much, however the feel factor was as if no one had stayed there before. That is a clear demonstration to just how much attention to detail was input into this room. What stood out the most, however, was how fantastic the view was. Undisturbed views across the water. Honestly, the images online do not do it justice. The host was so helpful, friendly, and professional. Would I go back? Without a shadow of a doubt.

Prachtige plek, waardeloos bed!

De locatie. Je zit dichtbij de Jameirah Mall en de boulevard met leuke beach clubs. Het zwembad is een heerlijke plek en prachtig uitzicht.

Het bed!!!!!!!! We werden gebroken wakker iedere dag! ‘s nachts wakker van nek, schouder en rugklachten. Het matras is aan beide kanten helemaal doorgezakt. Eerder contact over gehad (communicatie is trouwens erg goed) een team heeft er naar gekeken, maar denk dat zij het bed opnieuw hebben opgemaakt, meer niet. Het was echt heel slecht!!! Qua hygiëne mogen zij ook wel wat meer doen. Bij binnenkomst droop de olie van de keukenkastjes af.

Bra läge men toan luktade och låser på dörren strulade vilket tog ett dygn innan dom fixade och vi var tvungen att avboka grejer eftersom vi inte kunde låsa och hade våra grejer inne. Ingen kompensation trotts frågan.

Locația este foarte frumoasă, piscina infinity este superbă și gratuită , plaja este foarte frumoasă. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat , balconul are o priveliște de vis , atât pe zi cat și pe seară . Îl voi căuta cu siguranță dacă revin . Este dotat cu tot ce trebuie.

Das Apartment hatte eine tolle Lage, einen wunderschönen Meerblick, einen Privatstrand und man konnte den Pool auf dem Dach nutzen. Es war sehr sauber und es roch sehr schön frisch bei unserer Ankunft. Der Kontakt zur freundlichen Vermieterin war sehr gut, alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort berücksichtigt. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ein Auto ist nötig, wenn man den weiteren Umkreis erkunden möchte. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es umständlich in das Zentrum von Dubai zu gelangen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben uns hier während unseres Dubaiurlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt.
