Классно, что рядом есть пляж, вышел из здания и через минуту уже купаешься. Бассейн тоже приемлемый, в целом здание приятное, есть раздельный сбор мусора - два мусоропровода. С заездом проблем не было, помощники всегда на связи в whatsapp. Классный вид из окна, здание и квартира так расположены, что видно море с другой стороны. Внутри чисто и приятно.
Очень мало розеток в жилье, практически несколько штук и все. Напор воды слабейший, практически не льется вода и очень долго ждать, пока польется горячая вода. В других домах в Дубае гораздо быстрее начинает лить "горячая". Пляж со стороны здания получается в загоне с яхтами, не супер премиально) По утрам и вечерам пробки на выезд из коммьюнити, долго ждать такси и ехать, имейте ввиду.

The stay was perfect! Incredible views, very clean, beach was on your doorstep and never crowded, amazing location. Loved the balcony view and had everything you needed in the property. Would definitely stay again :)

Building and apartment were rather new and well maintained. Pool and gym were as in the picture. While there Anar was a very attentive host and answered very fast.
Not very attentive when You are not there yet. Waited for earlier check in request for a week to get negative answer. Answer came on the evening while we were flying already.
Did not get access card for first 3 days and reception lady was notably annoyed for it with us, was not our fault though.
Room was not very well cleaned when we arrived which is funny because they charge You 180AED for new towels.
