Dishonest owners - got cheated
Looks nice… from the outside
The owner wanted to charge us more for the rooms we had reserved through booking. They argued that one of the rooms we had reserved for 3 people was only for two and that booking had made a mistake (thay said this happens frequently). Despite our reservation clearly said for 3 they insisted in charging us more, and when we refused they didn’t want to give us the money back and cancel the reservation. They were so unpleasant and shouted so much that we didn’t feel like staying there at all and had to leave the place and seek for another place to sleep, despite we had booked 2 rooms. We are launching a complaint though booking… Do not recomend it, unprofessional service.

room was booked for disabled person, as it was on their page that they where wheelchair accessible this was not true my colleague cannot walk and had room on first floor, no elevator. I think this in not acceptable , and a laugh in the face. You should remove the sign that you can receive disbaled persons. this is not serious !!
