Fabulous place, great restaurant, cozy and clean.

Everything was amazing. Upon arrival we were offered a nice local beer and the host took the time to explain everything. The room was very comfy, with a comfy bed. Very quiet and super location. Restaurant was amazing. We had dinner once and the food was fabulous. We definitely recommend this place.

A wonderful getaway, lovely walking into the local town, perfectly situated.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Kris with arrival drinks. Our room was superb. We had dinner both nights whilst we were there, the food was sublime.

Great accommodation — clean and pleasant. The owners were helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful rest and truly loved the place. The walking routes around the accommodation were also very nice. We enjoyed a relaxing walk every evening, which helped us unwind even more. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Wonderful country stay!

Everything was lovely - great sized room, fabulous garden with kids playground, outdoor and indoor restaurant/bar. The restaurant really deserves special mention because the food is farm-to-table, and really high-end. The owners and staff were super accommodating and helpful! We will definitely stay again.

Our only real issue was the location - quite far from anything, and as it turned out it is not possible to get a bus or taxi anywhere. We wanted to go to town for a meal (including a few Belgian beers - so didn't want to drive), and the only taxi option available quoted us 60Euro each way for a less than 10 minute trip into Durbuy. So, it's very inaccessible unless you have a car.

Amazing place with warm welcome!

Very warm welcome by the hosts, all information we needed with regards to walking tours, restaurants, nearby villages was given accompanied by a welcome drink. Very cozy living room and "salon" in which you can sit back and relax next to the open fire. Only 5min away from the famous and cute village Durbuy. Breakfasts is delicious! Rooms are spacious and coffee and water is available in the room. Would recommend it and would stay there again!

Absolutely great

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and exceeded expectations. The same can be said by the staff and food 10/10 will come again. The room with the sauna and bubble bath was very affordable. Try the burger, the sauce is divine.

Nice stay in a quiet and comfortable hotel, nestled in a beautiful part of the Belgian Ardennes.

Comfortable with lots of light and room darkening curtains if needed. The room is very attractive and the person who designed it had a good sense of design and colors. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area. The terrace is lovely. The setting is integrated in the peaceful country side.

The bathroom could use an extra chair or table or places to hang clothes and towels. Not enough power sockets in the corner next to the desk (coffee machine, TV, fridge...) and had to unplug one appliance in order to plug-in another appliance.

Up to standard hotel in a peaceful area

We got an upgraded room for free, very gentle hosts, nice, clean, good breakfast and up to standard evening restaurant. Peaceful area. Free parking, good wifi ... overall a very nice experience. Use of local food ingredients. Free water and coffee in the room.

We had to ask for a 2nd, 3rd,... coffee during breakfast. They brought it immediately but why is there not a can in the table so we can refill ourselves. Was this due to corona measures?

Great value for money in a very friendly friendly home

The staff is very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel at home. The rooms are big and comfortable and have comfortable beds to sleep. There is a very nice terrace to hang out and the dinner area is also nice. Very good value for money in this place!! We also appreciated the location: just outside Durbuy, just 2km away and you can easily walk down via a very quiet little path/road.

The breakfast could be a bit richer but this was probably due to the covid restrictions.

My room was very nice, comfortable and clean. I had dinner once and it was delicious. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is not worthwhile, in particular if one has a light breakfast, and it is not worth the 12€: everything is "counted" and, although understandable under the current Covid situation, "packaged product". There was no shower carpet in the bathroom and I would suggest they put one. I would say it is a little too expensive overall.

Highly recommended quiet stay very close to busy Durbuy

Perfect quiet location, walking distance from busy Durbuy. Clean comfortable room, good coffee, nice breakfast on demand. Good food served by the cook, with in room dining during corona, just like they announced: it's like a butler-service. Friendly owners willing to help and explain things to do in the area.

We had room number 1 which is above the kitchen and gives some noise in the evenings and a smell of pastry in the mornings. If you like that: it's perfect. The overall price is 'strong' however these people deserve it being in the wrong sector during the pandemic
