Beautiful apartment for families or larger groups.

This property is located in a modern residential area of Zadar, surrounded by plenty of local amenities. The apartment is comfortably sized, nicely furnished, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Although it is advertised as a 5-bedroom apartment, it is in fact arranged as two separate apartments, both of which open out onto the outdoor area. This makes it ideal for families or groups who want to stay close together but still enjoy some privacy

Unfortunately 2 of the 4 toilets were out of action during our stay which we weren’t informed of prior to arrival. We also had issues with the internet connection during our stay.

Beautiful luxury apartment, just a shame about the current building work situation.

The design and layout of the property was beautiful and great for a group of girls. All the little extras made it special like the bean to cup coffee machines, electric scooters, outdoor area with the pool and jacuzzi. The beds were also very comfortable.

The location will be great once all the building work has been completed. We felt like we were living in a building site with all the work going on around the property so not much privacy from builders. As a group of girls we could laugh it off but if I was with my family I don’t think it would have been the same. If we’d known I don’t think we would have booked.

Building work being carried out next to property but the owner did tell us this when we booked however we were out through the day so didn’t bother us.

Great modern Appartements

We had luck and got this property very cheap, so it was definitely worth the money. The Appartements offer a Whirlpool, Pool, modern furniture, BBQ place and a lot more. A good place to stay for some days and enjoy life with some friends or family.

Maybe it would be good to install a air condition in the kids rooms in the 2 Appartement. In the night the temperature rises very fast in these rooms if the door is closed

This apartment is awesome, the design, the colours, fully equipped, with high quality materials. There is everything you need for a perfect holiday- in the kitchen we had coffee machine, ice maker machine, toast maker, everything, beautiful cutlery and plates... excellent air conditioning also in the rooms separately, bathrooms for the rooms separately, huge tv and loudspeakers which we could use with bluetooth. We had a jacuzzi in the garden also, which we could use with the others from the apartment next to us, so this is excellent for 2 families planning to have a holiday together, but willing to have some separate place. The beds were excellent, we could sleep like babies on the perfect matress, in the silence and right temperature. This was the best apartment we have ever been, real luxury, we could imagine to live in such a house at home as well :-) The owners provided an excellent service.

Wir würden wieder buchen 😊

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Die beiden Apartments waren super für 10 Personen. Schöne Möbel, ausreichende Utensilien für die Selbstverpflegung. Auch der Außenbereich hat uns allen super gefallen. Die Lage war perfekt und wir konnten vieles mit Uber erreichen. Kleine Supermärkte waren in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar, für Großeinkäufe empfehlen wir mit Uber zum nächsten Supermarkt zu fahren. Der Strand und die Restaurants waren auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war auch immer erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert 😊 Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden sie auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen. Vielen Dank noch mal.

Leider war das Internet/Wlan nicht so gut und wir hatten während des Aufenthalts einen Rohrbruch, sodass nur zwei Bäder für 10 Personen vorhanden war. Das war aber nicht so schlimm.
