The balcony and view are really amazing, and the location is also excellent.

Facilities and price. >100 euros/night is way too high for such a small apartment. We also had a lot of issues with the toilet water constantly running.

The property was clean and Nick, the host, was very helpful and nice! Nick brought us wine a couple of times and masks and suggestions for how to best visit the area in the amount of time we had.

Perfect quiet location to explore Zadar and neighborhood

The apartments are really large, clean and comfortable (beds) with a nice balcony with a view to the church and sea. The owners (Jenny and her husband) are extraordinary friendly and are really approachable to provide information how to explore Zadar. Besides the location is perfect and very bicycle friendly. Walking to the beach is just 3 minutes, and especially during the morning it’s an amazing place to take a swim (free showers included). It’s manageable to cycle to the old town (20 minutes) or it’s also possible to take the bus, number 8. We also recommend to go for one day to the small island by Ferry (Preko). We definitely recommend this apartment and will come back for sure. Guus and Anja

Would never select that property for a family stay.

Parking was good.

there are good pictures about the property in booking.com but that is not true. Not every property we book is same as shown in pic. Our property was very small for a family to stay. Also there are no taxis ready to come. I tried booking uber but no luck. No one accepted the trip. We had a car so we could manage.

The best place we had hopped to stay in. The studio was great, very clean, with everyting one would need. The view on the terace was even better. The land lady was very kind and helped us with informations and orientation. We will defently return. It was just great! Great place to stay in Zadar. Defently recomand it!

Terrace on the top floor is great, gives shade and offers view of the sea. Quiet area (besides the bells from the church).

Bells from the church could be disturbing for someone, because the church tower is very close to the object and thus the bell sound is loud. Additionally, at some timeframes, the bells go on every 15 minutes.

Apartment it's cleaned and the staff it's great, also position it's nice, between Zadar and nice place on the coast to Vir. Nico, the husband, gave me bike for free and came to pick me up when I had a puncture, for this I would vote 20!!!

Замечательные хозяева вам дарят положительные эмоции, как только вы вступаете на территорию виллы. Мы жили на 3-м этаже с шикарным балконом. Комната с мини кухней не большая, но в ней все есть для комфортного отдыха. И в конце концов вы же не приезжаете не телевизор смотреть целыми днями, а поспать, принять душ и - вперед к новым эмоциям и впечатлениям. Очень рекомендую совершить поездку на лодке по островам с Хозяином виллы. Это действительно приватная поездка, такие места неимоверные, запоминаются навсегда. Очень рекомендуем Виллу и надеемся вернуться сюда еще.

Ubytovanie v tichu a pokoji

Majiteľka bola veľmi nápomocná. Kúpeľňa bola čistá. Kuchyňa síce maličká ale obsahovala všetko čo trebalo. Super terasa. Pekný výhľad. Dobre dostupná MHD, v blízkosti reštaurácia, obchod aj kaviareň. Ponúkajú aj výlety loďou, čo sme síce nevyužili pre nedostatok času, ale je to určite bonus. The owner was very helpful. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen was small, but had everything you needed. Great terrace. Nice view. Good access to public transport, there was a restaurant, shop and cafe nearby. They also offer boat trips.

Izba bola menšia ako som čakala. Pláž je síce blízko ale nie je vhodná pre malé deti. Kúpali sme sa na pláži v Nin. Ubytovaniu celkovo nemám čo vytknúť. The room was smaller than I expected. The beach is close but not suitable for small children. We swam on the beach in Nin. Overall I have nothing to complain about the accommodation.
