Nice apartment for the price, close to the beach.

Really close to the beach

The wifi connection is really bad unfortunately. The airconditioning emits a really bad smell, so we didn’t used it much. The frying pan was not usable with the induction stove top.

Nice modern apartment with sea view-shame about the road works!

Very modern and clean. Everything we needed in the property. Nice sea view from the balcony. A nice restaurant and a small bar very close by with several other bars and restaurants a short walk away.

-Unfortunately all the roads were being dug up and resurfaced around the property and in the local area, resulting in difficulty walking anywhere and lots of dust. -We had difficulty finding the property as we arrived quite late in the evening and it was dark. Google maps location gave a different building nearby. However Roko our host eventually came to rescue us and take us there. A helpful sign did appear outside after a couple of days. -watch out for the low ceiling at the top of the stairs outside the bedroom! We banged our head several times the first couple of days.

Lovely rustic local house

Nicely renovated rustic house in the old historic part of the village . Very clean house, lovely and peaceful. Close to a couple of restaurants and a local bar . Host very helpful .

We had booked a 2 roomed apartment but there was only one bed made ? Hairdryer not adequate . Maybe need to point out that the access to the roof terrace is via a "ladder" not good if not mobile . Not easy to find in the dark. We arrived late , maybe a bottle of wine and some bread would be a nice touch?

A place worth visiting if you want total relaxation and rest!

Pros: - very good contact with the owner; - view from the terrace; - blinds in each window as well as mosquito nets; - peace and quiet; - huge supply of the apartment (pots, glasses, spices, oil etc).

Cons: - very soft mattress (for some this may be a plus - in my case a minus); - the terrace seemed to be untidy - a lot of dust, soil on the floor - fortunately there was access to a broom so this could be taken care of; - it is worth adding that at the moment Diklo is one big construction site (but it is worth adding that at the moment you can not hear any noise coming from construction sites - which does not affect in any way the relaxation on the terrace). Every day we may be surprised by new construction right next door - for example, the day before our departure, leaving the intricate street right next to the apartment, to our eyes appeared a slalom of holes, as there were suddenly replaced pipes in one section. A day later, the problem disappeared. However, most of the street along the sea is currently being repaired. Many new buildings are being constructed in the city - which may signal that in just a few years, Diklo will be a very developed and modern city.

best house near zadar on the seaside

the owner was very kind and available for every needs, the check in was perfect and so the position of the house. inside the house there was all the furnitures and stoves needed for a vacation. I strongly recommend this apartment. also the bus for ZADAR is at 1 min walk from the bus station.

Lovely spot beside the sea

The owners were very friendly and always welcoming and helpful. They immediately made us feel at home. The location, as advertised, is right next to the beautiful sea, with a breath taking view. The apartment is lovely and quaint, nicely suited for a family with 2 small kids. Zadar itself, the surrounding islands, and the Croatian national parks are incredibly beautiful, interesting, and offer something for everyone. Highly recommended!

The only thing was some issues with the wifi. Didn't work 100% of the time, and when it did, it was low bandwidth at best. The owners tried to help, and were very attentive to our needs.

Lovely apartment in a serene location

Very beautiful property with a lovely interior, comfortable bed and kitchen had everything you need. Air con throughout to ensure a comfortable temperature. Bathroom clean and spacious with a rain shower. Good location near a nice restaurant and bus which takes you into Zadar in 15 mins.

No washing machine or laundrette nearby, however this is reflected in the listing so just something to consider.

Greta place right by the water, this is the best area.

The bed had a good slat system. Real stone walls. The shower is very good. The windows had mosquito netting. Kitchen had all plates and glasses.

Fridge in the room was inconvenient could be tucked away in a seperate space. Internet could be better (mentioned this). The light switches weren't that intuitive. I think one is not wired in.

Quiet little treasure

Cute little apartment, looked brand new and good facilities. Kitchen with induction stove top, bedroom with good size closet and extra blankets and bathroom with excellent water pressure. Just don't forget to turn the boiler on a few minutes before you jump in or won't have any hot water. The apartment is located in an obscure little area with no clear signs you're at the right place. But if you call the owner he arrives within 10mins. It's located 5mins from the beach. Absolutely gorgeous for swimming, sunbathing or simply taking long walks. There's a small shop nearby and a slightly bigger one about 20mins away, we didn't struggle to find food even for me as a vegetarian. The town is small but if you're happy with days filled with longs swims, peaceful walks and reading by the water. It's definitely for you.

Mostly my fault because I didn't ask but assumed we were getting the upstairs apartment with balcony. So make sure you ask before booking. But that doesn't mean our apartment wasn't cute. Loved it either way.

Fantastic

In less than 2 minutes from the front door to the sea for a refreshing swim with an amazing view. The appartment was lovely, very comfortable and extremely clean. The balcony with sea view was a great place for an evening drink with marvelous sunsets and flights of swallows soaring by. Roco is a terrific host very friendly and helpful, my compliments and thanks to him.

War sehr unangenehm

Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend und alles andere als schön. Einige Punkte, die uns negativ aufgefallen sind: • Parkplatz nicht wie beschrieben direkt an der Unterkunft. • Im Bad und in der Wohnung waren kleine Fliegen. Wir haben sogar Fallen aus Hausmitteln aufgestellt, täglich die Abflüsse mit heißem Wasser behandelt und einen Fliegenfänger aufgehängt – leider ohne Erfolg. • Flecken am Vorhang im Schlafraum direkt über dem Bett. • Ein Wurm im Küchenlappen. • Kühlschrank kühlte nicht richtig, die Dunstabzugshaube war defekt. • Im Bad starker Chemiegeruch, offenbar zum Überdecken von Schimmelgeruch. • Schimmel im Flur über der Tür sowie an der Badtür. • Ein Handtuch war bei der Ankunft verschmutzt. • Der angegebene Meerblick war nicht vorhanden. • Der Vermieter hat sich trotz Kenntnis der Mängel nicht nach unserem Befinden erkundigt, sondern uns lediglich einen Staubsauger hingestellt mit der Bemerkung „ist bekannt“. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft weder den Beschreibungen entsprochen noch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Wir hätten am liebsten storniert und uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht, da der Zustand eine echte Zumutung für die Gesundheit war.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, eine kleine schöne Bar in 100 m , und ein kleiner Supermarkt auch ca.100 m entfernt. Das Auto parkt man in ca 200 m Entfernung auf einem privaten Parkplatz an der Kirche .

Man muss in der Treppe aufpassen das man sich den Kopf nicht stößt.

Merveilleux séjour en Croatie, dans une maison tout confort à deux pas des plages

Maison rustique avec un intérieur moderne et joliment décoré. Emplacement idéal à 20 m de la mer. Air conditionné très apprécié. À notre grande surprise, il y avait même un lave-vaisselle. les deux toilettes sont un plus. De plus, le propriétaire est très arrangeant.

L’appartement est très spacieux et propre, plutôt bien équipé. La terrasse est très agréable. Le village est calme. Très bon restaurant sur le port. Le coucher de soleil est magnifique.

Diklo est un peu isolé, il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. En famille une semaine, une machine à laver aurait été un plus car il n’y a pas de laverie à proximité. Un four ou un grille pain pour compléter l’équipement de la cuisine serait bien.

Logement parfait

Le logement été très pratique et super bien équipée ! Les lits confortables et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. La douche parfaite et le logement très mignon. La terrasse offrant une superbe vue sur la mer quel + ! Boire son café le matin face à cette vue c'est incroyable. Il y a 2 wc dans le logement ce qui est pratique. La climatisation est également en haut donc parfait ! Le fait quon puisse faire des glaçons dans le congélateur vraiment pratique !! Niveau emplacement : 10/10 vous sortez du logement et a 1min vous pouvez vous baignez. Tout le long de la mer il y a des douches (pratique avant aéroport) et le long des arbres pour un peu d'ombre. Il y a au moins 4 restaurants a 2 minutes à pieds ! Et même un petit commerce a 5 min. L'arrêt de bus en face de la rue du logement (mais nous avons pris uber tt le temps vu le faible coût). Et la moustiquaire sur les fenêtres. Bref avec le prix très intéressant 10/10 si nous revenons nous reviendrons ici !! Merci

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht und kurzem Weg zum Baden

Die Ferienwohnung hatte einen schönen Meerblick und war gut ausgestattet. Ein Toaster wäre noch schön gewesen, aber ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.

Im Ort war eine riesige Baustelle, welche sich über den gesamten Ortskern (auch wo die Ferienwohnung lag) erstreckt hat. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir vorher eine Info darüber erhalten hätten, denn dadurch war die Parksituation nicht so einfach, da man am Anfang den Parkplatz nicht gut erreichen konnte auf Grund der Bauarbeiten.

Da wir bei Buchung ein völlig anderes Bild hatten und die Ausstattungsmerkmale in der Buchungsbestätigung sich massiv von der Realität unterschieden haben können wir leider keinen positiven Aspekt nennen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit kann man lobend erwähnen.

Es war ganz anders als angegeben: Kein Sofa, kein großes Bett, kein Balkon/Terrasse, kein Schreibtisch. Das alles wurde uns aber „versprochen“ und war uns auch wichtig da wir sowohl berufliches zu tun hatten als auch Urlaub. Zudem ist mein Mann 1,90 groß und dementsprechend achten wir auch große Betten. In der Buchung stand sogar es ist ein Bett mit Überlänge. Die Realität hat uns in einem 1,40m schmalen Bett zu zweit schlafen lassen! Dementsprechend war unsere Schlafqualität. Ebenso war es durch die alten Gemäuer sehr klamm. Der Balkon ist komplett separiert über eine kleine, schmale und steile Metalltreppe erreichbar. Wenn man das Geröll eines zerstörten Daches ignoriert hat man einen kleinen Spalt „Meerblick“. Der Parkplatz ist 100m von der Unterkunft entfernt und befindet sich samt der Unterkunft in raustem Gelände. Koffer ziehen/schieben nicht möglich. Es muss alles getragen werden. Wer hier schlecht zu Fuss ist sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
