Fantastic place to stay near Zadar.

The apartment is in a great location with private parking (spaces also have some sun shades), very close to the beaches. The apartments are immaculately clean and taken care of, they are tastefully decorated and very comfortable - you really get a sense that the owner takes pride in them and rightfully so! They have good wifi, TV, good coffee machine and lots of space. We had a nice balcony from which we could see the sea, with comfy seats and large table - it was very relaxing. The apartment had 2 nice sized bedrooms, a large bathroom with great shower and was air conditioned throughout. The host was super friendly, giving us a bottle of wine upon arrival and chocolate when we left, she also gave us some fresh figs from the garden :-) We really felt at home here. Also we left the car at the property and took Uber into Zadar into the old town which was super cheap and very convenient!! There is also a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away if needed. There is also a great elevated woodern platform close to the property where you can sunbath and safely enter the sea. I would definitely return if we ever stay in Zadar again.

Perfect stay close to the beach in a nice and spatious apartment.

Perfect location, close to the beach, private parking, well equipped apartment, comfortable beds, air conditioning with separate unit per room, automatic coffe machine, well equipped outdoor lounge with charcoal barbeque, large living room, calm suburban neighborhood, spectecular view at the see and the sorrounding islands from the balcony.

WIFI could have been faster and more reliable.

Fantastic experience with a lovely hostess. Highly recommend.

We arrived to find a wonderful bottle of wine and plate of pastries/desserts in the refrigerator. The flat is absolutely gorgeous, and the view of the sea is fantastic. It is well outfitted for as group of 4-6 people, with plenty of kitchenware. The coffee machine is a DeLonghi cafe/espresso maker, and beans were provided which was a really nice treat. The furnishings are very sleek and modern, and the beds--5* quality mattresses and linens. We slept so well while there. The beach and nearby restaurants/shops were nice and clean, and I very much enjoyed that the neighborhood felt like a place where locals gathered together, more so than tourists.

Be aware that the flat is on the US 3rd floor, EU 2nd floor - without an elevator, and once in the unit, two bedrooms are located one additional level up via a very narrow spiral staircase. Good mobility is a must when booking this flat. Also, the house is one street back from the main strip along the sea. The view from the balcony is not blocked, but you are not directly at the water. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the water, but if you want to be directly on the water, you should know this.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit, die komplette Anlage. Es wurden uns Sonnenschirme und Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles super sauber! Ein Aufzug im Haus, fand ich toll, wir waren im 2. Stock mussten die Koffer nicht durchs Haus schleppen. Waschküche auch vorhanden mit Waschmittel 👍🏻 Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee, ist nicht überall selbstverständlich, fand ich supppeeeerrr !!! Freundliche, tolle Leute ! Wir werden es auf jeden Fall wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt, jó helyen van, csendes. Közel a tenger. A házigazda kedves és korrekt.

Ár- érték arányban szuper. Az egész apartman tiszta és igényesen berendezett. 2 naponta tiszta törölközők, fürdőlepedők, kád kilépők. Csomagokkal nem kell lépcsőzni, mert van lift. Nagyon közel van a strand. Napozó ágyak térítésmentesen a vendégek rendelkezésére állnak. A strandon tusoló, napozó terasz szolgálja a kényelmet.

A villa közvetlen közelében levő strand lejáróját meg kellene tisztítani a nagy kövektől kb. 2 méter szélesen. Szerintem a közelben lévő villa tulajdonosai összefogva, ezt könnyen megoldhatnák. Ez hatalmasat emelne az úszni gyengén tudók élményén és a gyerekek biztonságán.

Essendo un appartamento ci siamo organizzati per fare colazione in casa, c’è anche la macchina del caffè e si può mangiare sia nel salotto che sotto al porticato su un bel tavolo grande. Ci sono stoviglie , tegami e tutto l’occorrente anche per cenare. Gentilissimi i gestori, lui è anche produttore di vini. Casa silenziosa e comoda per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti a piedi

Budova ma vytah,krasny dvor,pracku na prizemi. Internet bol v poriadku. Pristup majitelov bol fantasticky. V sobotu nas pozvali na veceru na grilovanie. Vyborne sa o nas starali cely pobyt. Dakujeme za vsetko. Boli sme s 2 malymi detmi a vsetko bolo ok.Mozeme odporucit kazdemu. More je blizko. Rovnako MHD zastavka. Do centra Zadaru je 10min busom. Na letisko 25min taxikom. Obchod 10min pesi.
