Perfect location, comfortable appartment and a great owner

Excellent location, with a very decent beach just in front, a cosy apartment with a nice bathroom and a kitchen corner, just perfect for a summer break. AC and TV and a fridge in the room, towels and necessary kitchen appliances. The owner, Brankica was very nice and helpful and she went the extra mile giving me a lift to the airport as the flight was early in the morning. Thank you!

Nice place to enjoy the ocean with a quiet atmosphere.

Amiable and helpful host. She even dropped us in the city on the day of return. She greeted us with a bottle of wine. The apartment has a cosy atmosphere and is next to the sea. You can see the ocean whenever you want. The bus stop and the supermarkets are within walking distance. Awesome sunset views. Large bed. Clean apartment.

The kitchen is extremely small and lacks necessary kitchen items and accessories. Tiny space between the bed and the tea table, and I had a lot of hits on my legs from the bed drawers due to this tiny space. The blankets were too small.

Brankica is really friendly and nice to talk with and if you need anything she is there for you ,even a lift to the airport. The apartments are right next to the sea and everything you need is within walking distance, Supermarket, cash machine ,bars restaurants, highly recommend, and hopefully I will be back soon,

Super relaxation

Apartment super located by the beach in a quiet neighborhood, only 4 km from the old town of Zadar, 300 m to the supermarket and ATM, close to the bus stop. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds at guests' disposal. The owner Brankica super nice and helpful, always smiling. Offers transfer to/from airport (extra charge), latte coffee and croissant on the beach :)) Beautiful sunset! I will definitely come back.

Very spacious apartment with nice outside sitting area, located just 50 metres from the sea. Very easily accessible by car and parking available on-site. The host is very friendly and reachable at any time.

Really nice apartment, good bed, nice bathroom, convenient kitchen. Good A/C. Right next to the sea, although if you want nice beach, you'll probably have to drive somewhere. Free parking right in front of the building.

Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plaży,z przepięknym widokiemna morze. Kilka kroków od obiektu, restauracja,sklep i bar na plaży z pyszną kawą.bardzo pomocna i szczerze oddana właścicielka,która nawet zawiozła Nas na wybory. Udany urlop i to miejsce,które szczerze polecamy.

Ausser der Lage eigentlich nichts.

Es ist extrem eng!! Kein Toilettenpapier, was wir leider erst spät feststellten und in der Nacht kann ich dies nicht mehr anfordern. Mücken in der Wohnung. Dann der Preis, für eine Übernachtung 70€!! Bei Bookingcom war von 45€ die rede, habe den Absatz von nichtenthaltenden Zusatzkosten übersehen, wo drin stand, dass sie 25 € für Entreinigung nimmt! Ich verkneife mir weitere Kommentare!

Perfekt für Strandliebhaber

Die Unterkunft ist in bester Lage, der Strand ist ca. 20 Meter entfernt, also direkt vor der Haustür. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Bistro, direkte Busverbindung nach Zadar und alles was den Aufenthalt schön macht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Das Appartement ist hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür.

Es ist Hauptsaison und dementsprechend sind viele Menschen am Strand.

Es war traumhaft Empfang war super Alles war schön Bett hart und für mich ungemütlich aber man hat alles in der Umgebung Tollen strand/ tolle Caffes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten- Und super ruhigen strand der nicht überfüllt ist- Man bekommt von ihr direkt liegen und Handtücher für den Strand

Nur das Bett ツ sonnst war alles perfekt
