- hygiëne, uitrusting, locatie (supermarkt tegenover, veel plekken voor aan de zee, veel restaurantes in de buurt, makkelijk om naar de oud stad te komen) - communicatie met Mario ging soepel en behulpzaam (snelle antwoorden en veel tips)
- enkele commentaren van de buurman die daar woont in het huis

Tv non all'avanguardia, lenzuola bucate , muri con zanzare schiacciate , e portone di casa con vetri e la mattina ti faceva entrare luce e non riuscivi a dormire magari fino alle 8/9 che giá entrava luce

Posizione e quartiere molto buoni.
L'appartamento era un po' scarso nelle dotazioni (soprattutto della cucina ma anche del bagno).
