Awesome!

Ivanka was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. She had everything prepared for us, even the things that were not on the webpage, and helped us anytime we had a question or needed something. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great -- in less than 10 minutes you're in a clean and lovely beach. There's a supermarket nearby and some restaurants in walking distance. Can only recommend this place!

Nice little stay near a small and, as yet, mostly undiscovered beach. Beautiful

There are multiple apartments at this property but it was really quiet.. despite there being other guests and guest houses nearby. It was quite near to a little beach and there is a small supermarket nearby. You can travel here from the bus station on the number 8 bus. The number 5 and 8 buses take you into town from falkenstein camp site which is just a few minutes walk down the hill (the local bus services don't show up on Google maps for some reason). There is a small kitchenette with a gas stove, microwave, fridge and kettle.. just enough to make a small evening meal or lunch for the family. The balcony is large and there is a canopy over it. The bedroom has air conditioning and satellite TV (as advertised).. we speak German as well as English so were able to watch TV.. most of the channels were however in German. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We enjoyed our stay very much and would visit again. The owner met us out of the taxi to check us in, give us the keys and showed us a map over the area over a bottle of local beer. Would recommend

That the hotel wasn't nearer the city center.. but only as it was very very hot.. as it meant we had to wait on the buses to get there. They don't come so often in the evening (but there are lots of taxis and uber works in zadar)

"Regarding our stay at 'Apartmani Ivanka': First of all, we really appreciated that the owner accommodated our late arrival and welcomed us with joy at 1:00 AM, which was very nice. The accommodation was tidy, clean, and pleasing to the eye. The owner was always available and ready to assist us whenever needed. We are very grateful for the fruits from the garden—they were amazing. The location is very convenient, with a shop, several restaurants, and a café nearby. There's also a clean beach just a 10-minute walk away. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied; the vacation turned out to be wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality, and we hope to visit again."

A nice place to stay

Host was really friendly and helpful. The apartment had 2 nice big balconies, a reasonable space inside with a little kitchen, a bedroom and a quite big bathroom. The comfort is decent and its not bad keeping in mind the low price, there is almost everything you need in order to cook, have a meal and spend nice time chilling.

The apartment was not very clean and that was visible right when we opened the door. However, we took care of that by ourselves. Keep in mind there are lots of mosquitos! There is a device in the room which prevent their presence but still I would recommend to have additional one just to be on the safe side. Other disadvantage is that it is really far away from the city center. Yes, its 10 minutes walking from the nearest beach Borik but somehow the great distance to city center is more important as this is the main place you can see some landmarks of the town or catch a boat to the islands. The apartment overall is old and needs refreshing for sure. However, it is still a nice place to stay

Nice big balcony, potent aircon

Everything in the apartment is very old, from the furniture to the bed linen and the interior of the apartment is extremely unappealing and unwelcoming. The shower leaks terrible and the bathroom floor is under water after every shower. The tap in the bathroom sink is also broken and water shoots out when you open it. The apartment had a damp mouldy smell when we arrived. It was cleaned but some spots were overlooked like the soap holder in the bathroom. the see view is two centimetres or water that can be seen through other buildings and abandoned construction sites. We booked the apartment with three beds, initially only for two people, then contacted the owner to add a third person before arrival, which the owner confirmed in writing on booking. Upon our arrival at 21 pm, the third bed was not prepared yet and still standing up against the wall with the host complaining about the additional person. We only spent 2 nights, but we couldn’t wait to get out of there, not the best accommodation experience in Croatia.

We are very pleased because the apartment is really clean and comfortable. Everything looks like in the pictures. Owner of the house is very nice and helpful person. Nice place

The apartment is located close to Borik and Puntamika beaches. There is a big supermarket in 10-15minutes walk from the place and the bus stop is in 10 minutes walk. There are several restaurants close to the apartment and also several down to the street close to Puntamika. The host was very welcoming and nice.

It is a bit old fashioned place but it has all you need. It takes 20-30 minutes by bus to the city center.

I liked that we had an apartment for us. Nice balcony and we had AC in the room.

I didn’t like the fact that the owner was always there and it felt like I was staying at their own house not in a hotel and he was always asking things and always looking after us and that was not comfortable! (Even if he was nice and helpful)

Apparently, the appartment had been sprayed with an extremely strong perfume. It took two nights before the smell was bearable. The kitchen furniture almost falls apart, I notified the owner His sympathy had its limits - we got grapes and fruit from the garden, but an extra change of the bed cloth was clearly a problem - incomprehensible! The lady of the house did not come out and greet us

Incroyable! Malgré que ce soit court, tout était juste merveilleux!

Ivanka a été incroyablement gentille, elle s’est assurée que nous puissions entrer dans le logement malgré que nous sommes arrivés à 00h20 (hors horaire de réception habituel). Elle a pris le temps de nous accueillir, de nous donner un plan en nous expliquant en détail, les transports à proximité et les façons de se rendre à certains lieux puis elle m’a même pris le temps de m’envoyé les détails par WhatsApp afin que nous nous sentions pas perdue. Elle est souriante et nous a mis directement à l’aise. Elle nous a même donné des tomates de son jardin.😁 le logement est grand, il y a énormément de rangement (grand dressing, 2 grande table de nuit de chaque côté du lit qui est grand également, grand meuble tv,…). Nous avions même une petite terrasse vue sur le jardin. La clim très bien fonctionnait également. Il y avait même une prise anti moustique avec des réserves au besoin. La cuisine et la salle de bain était équipée (frigo, bouloir, four, outils de cuisine,.. & essuie, plusieurs rouleau papier toilettes, poubelle de sdb) et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose d’autre Ivanka était à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Tout était parfait.

Der Aufenthalt könnte durchaus wiederholt werden.

Die Gastgeber sind super nett und waren bei jeder Frage behilflich. Trotz leichter Sprachbarrieren konnten wir uns auf Englisch gut verständigen, notfalls mit "Händen und Füßen". Wir fühlten und sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Außergewöhnlich für mich war, daß wir uns an den Feigen und Tomaten aus ihrem Garten bedienen durften - ein besonderes Vergnügen für mich.

Appartement fonctionnel, agréable et proche des plages.

Tout d'abord, il faut absolument signaler qu'Ivanka est d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilté extraordinaires. Elle est très réactive et elle nous a accueillis d'une superbe manière (renseignements sur les transports, prêt gratuit de serviettes de plage, figues à disposition et j'en passe). HVALA Ivanka. L'appartement était parfait pour la seule nuit passée à Zadar avec l'essentiel des équipements nécessaires (même si la salle de bain était un peu petite). Par ailleurs, comme l'appartement est au rez de chaussée, il donne sur une terrasse ce qui permet de prendre ses repas dehors.

Concernant l'emplacement de l'appartement, tout dépend de ce que vous comptez faire à Zadar. Si vous êtes plutôt plage, il est très bien localisé mais un peu loin du centre-ville (mais nous le savions en le réservant). Attention, au système de bus pas toujours extraordinaire à Zadar.

Tolle und preiswerte Unterkunft

Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sie hat unsere Wäsche gewaschen und gebügelt, uns mit Gurke, Tomaten und leckeren frischen Feigen aus den Garten verwöhnt. Es ab sogar frische und gegrillte Dorade mit Beilagen und vorweg eine selbstgekochte Gemüsesuppe. Die Einladung zum Essen mit ihrer Familie hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee auf den grossen Balkon genossen. Das Appartment hat ein Badezimmer mit Bade,- und Handtüchern und alles war ordentlich und sauber. Die Klimaanlage war im Schlafzimmer sehr angenehm. Die kleine Küche hat eine Mikrowelle, einen Gasherd und Kühlschrank, alles genug, um Frühstück und auch mal ein Abendessen zu kochen. Es gibt viele Restaurant vor Ort, die für jeden Geschmack was bieten. Es gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl und Kaufland. Der Strand ist ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und warm gewesen. Unsere Badeschuhe waren angebracht, es gab an einigen Stellen Seeigel. Ferner hat es viel Spass gemacht, die Fische zu beobachten beim schnorcheln. Alle Strände waren sauber und wir haben einige besucht. Ein toller Tagesausflug ist die Insel Dugi Otok, mit der Fähre zu erreichen. Der Nationalpark Plitvicer ist auch einen Besuch wert. Die Stadt Zadar ist ein historisches Highlight und die Meeresorgel dort ist ein erstaunliches Bauwerk. Der botanische Garten in Zadar ist wirklich wunderschön angelegt und für eine Pause bestens geeignet.
