The apartment had everything you needed. There was a very lovely garden with beautiful plants and greenery. A shop and several restaurants for dinner were nearby if you didn’t want to go too far. I definitely recommend this place.

Everything was super uncomplicated. We had a pleasant welcome from a cute tortoise in the morning who we adored while having breakfast on the terrace.
> The place was clean, private, secure and had everything one needed for their stay.
> The location was also optimal for us. We could take a nice walk to the beach or take the bus / Uber to the Zadar city center. Bus line 5A and 8A. There were supermarkets and restaurants directly next to the apartment as well (Rafaelo was quite good but the portions are massive; Mamma Mia was highly recommended by other reviews but it did not match up to the hype for us)

> To reach the place from the airport, we took an Uber because we landed quite late. However, to go back to the airport, we took a bus to Zadar and from there the Shuttle bus to the airport. (We wanted to explore Zadar a bit more on our last day)
These are not negative points, just a personal preference thing and they did not bother us that much:
> The blinds on the window do not fully cover, which at first felt uncomfortable for us considering that we were on the ground floor. However, since nobody entered the terrace area and it was fully covered, it was totally okay.
> You do hear the other residents quite clearly. People were quite respectful during our stay and it was not an issue for us, however if you are a light sleeper, you might not like it
