Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Leider konnte der verstopfte Wasserhahn nicht zeitnah repariert werden, was aber daran liegen kann, dass es bereits zum Nebensaisonende zuging.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut organisiert, die Ansprechperson vor Ort für Rückfragen erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich; gute Raumaufteilung. Alle notwendigen Geräte für eine FeWo sind vorhanden und funktionsfähig.
Der einzige, kleine Minuspunkt, ist die Lage zur Straße, und damit Geräuschkulisse der vorbeifahrenden Autos.

We are repeat visitors here which speaks volumes & for two reasons, firstly the lovely Mrs Lukin who manages the property, is available & on-hand to answer any queries you might have & secondly the location, so convenient for the local beaches- Maestrala & Borik & also the Old Town, be it on foot or using the very reliable local buses

Добре розташування, затишна територія з внутрішнім двориком, терасою і власною парковкою.
У номері було все необхідне.
Загалом житло було добре прибране і не запилене, але на підлозі біля ліжка лежали дрібні осколки чи то пластику, чи то скла. З душа постійно протікала вода під двері ванни.
Окрім цього все добре

Beautiful place, plenty space. Easy to arrive.
The WiFi was very poor, and after a storm it was not working at all for 3 days.
