Great value in a quiet and convenient location!

The host, Leo, was very kind and lives on site with his wife, and though I did not require anything extra, I know I could have knocked on their door if the need arose. The apartment was well located and equipped for my needs, which are pretty basic. I like to make coffee in the morning and cook up some eggs with some toast, so I had all that I required. The location was fantastic for me, as I had a rental car, so could park directly in front of my apartment and use the car to drive into the old town, which is a few km away. The place was clean and the bed comfortable. Great shower and very clean in general. The small terrace in the front was a lovely place to have a drink or coffee, but be aware of mosquitoes! I did not hear them nor feel them but stayed out late and the bites were quite numerous! The apartment has a plug-in repellant and you do well to know how it works. I think if you plan to sit outside, you should always light the citronella candle that is provided. There are some supermarkets nearby and an excellent restaurant called Roko is directly across the street. Their scampi risotto is off the hook! I would stay at this apartment again for sure. Also, I have to say I really appreciated the wash basin in the bathroom, as I was able to wash some clothes and hang them on the rack provided on the terrace.

The kitchen is quite basic but suited my particular needs. If you plan to cook something more elaborate then maybe check with the host to be sure you are not disappointed with what is provided. The mattress is a little thinner than what I am accustomed to, but still very comfortable.

Great stop off stay

Everything was great. We spent 1 night as a stop off between travelling from Dubrovnik to Plitvice Lake National Park and it was perfect for what we needed. 10 minute cab into Zadar, so location was good. The comfiest pillows! Was provided with a tablet to stop mosquitos, which was helpful! Host was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exceptionally clean!

Overall great stay

We loved the place! Clean, perfect size for two people, staff was super nice It is kinda far from the city center (20-30 mins walk) but nice restaurants right next to it and only 5-10 mins walk to the beachside (lots of bars and restaurants there) which is very nice We can recommend this apartment and we will definitely stop by again when we come back to Zadar!

Excellent stay in Zadar

Very clean and comfortable modern apartment with all necessary amenities. The host was friendly and eager to help, and the location is excellent (free parking, less than 10 minutes by car to the center, in a quiet neighborhood with the beach, stores and restaurants are all in walking distance).

Une pépite à Zadar : appartement impeccable, hôte aux petits soins et accueil pet friendly

Un véritable coup de cœur ! L’appartement, neuf, dispose de deux chambres, d’une climatisation dans toutes les pièces, d’une superbe cuisine équipée (avec lave-vaisselle) et même de petites attentions laissées dans le frigo. Le salon est très agréable, avec une télévision donnant accès à un large choix de films et séries. Nous avons adoré l’appartement, au point de noter certaines idées pour nos propres travaux. L’hôte a été particulièrement sympathique et arrangeant : arrivée plus tôt et départ plus tard sans aucun problème. Le logement est également pet friendly sans supplément, ce qui est très appréciable. À quelques pas, un food truck délicieux, et plusieurs plages accessibles à pied. Si nous revenons à Zadar, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce logement. Une véritable pépite !
