Carlo and Carlotta are extremely nice people! Their apartments are very clean and comfortable. The beach is just a few minutes away, but we could also enjoy the pool if we watned some peace and quiet. We had a lovely experience, we can strongly recomment Villa Carlotta for anyone who is looking for a wonderful time in Croatia!

Villa Carlotta was the perfect base to explore and a lovely place to stay

Carlo was there to greet us when we arrived and he showed us the apartment. He then spent time explaining where all the best places to go were. Such a lovely welcome! The apartment was in a great location, 10mins walk from the beach and lots of lovely resturants around. The sunsets are iconic, so make sure you go for a sunset dip and watch the sun go down! We ended up spending a great deal of time at the apartment because it was nice and relaxing, the pool was great and we had so many lovely conversations with Carlo, he and his family were the perfect hosts.

Excellent place to stay

The accommodation is amazing the bed is so comfortable, but the host Carlo and his family are just lovely and super helpful. Carlo really made our trip he had really good recommendations and we loved the little chats we had with him. The accommodation it's self has everything you would need, it's so clean and comfortable. It was a great home from home. We will be definitely going back

everything . The apartment is amazing , with car is really close to the center of the city, has a good restaurants near and karlo was very attentive to us, gave us all the necessary tips to make our stay perfect. Would recommend and would definitely come back 🥰

Well the place is nice, Very clean , comfortable, the host nice , the problem is the address is not right at Booking.com, we couldn’t find the place , but someone helped us , but it was very frustrating because we supposed to arrive around 10:40 pm and just could get there around midnight because the address was wrong or something, if u don’t speak their language is hard , but the place itself is nice

The location is great for travelling to the beach, old town and the Harbour. All shops within walking distance or short taxi ride. Spotless clean, new furniture and safe, quiet area. I stayed in a studio apartment in the villa, with private terraced overseeing garden. Good size bathroom with shower, dinning room and small kitchen with everything you need and spacious fridge freezer. Carlo the host is very helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I enjoyed my stay there and will return next summer.

Carlo is a very nice person. He is very polite and tries his best. He picked us up from the airport although it was late at night. He tried to make us feel very good in his villa. The apartment is small but very clean.

The pillows are hard, I couldn't sleep on them. The wifi network is not working very well. The kitchen could have some sault, pepper, maybe oil. I am sure that previous guests are leaving behind something that could use by the next guests. My suggestion for Carlo is to leave more privacy to guests and try to learn English (or hire someone who speaks).

The service was very bad. There was no key for washroom also. Very poor facilities. I found the people as well as location not friendly. I saw different good comments for this apartment but everything is false. I recommend not for going there

amazing holiday

everything. Highly recommended this place is an understatement, our stay was phenomenal! Carlo and his wife, really made us feel welcome but also as if we was at home, the property was clean, well equipped and even has a BBQ grill at your disposal if it suits your fancy. Carlo (host) was always available and even went as far as helping us to get around if we needed! The property is located in a very good area, the beach is about a 10 minute walk away, restaurants and shops very short walk away, the property is definitely great for families, or if you would like a completely peaceful place. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be going back! as they say "A happy customer is a returning customer"

Work vacation

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, with a nice balcony - pretty much as described. The hosts are cool and welcoming. We had nice and relaxing time. :)

The only available heating was with air-conditioner. This is something we didn't think much about when we booked, but it was enough to keep us from freezing. Winter is warmer but still cold on the coast.
