The apartment is really cozy. It is in a calm neighborhood of Zadar, the beaches are close and the supermarkets also. The balcony is absolutely great, also it has a big shade.
In the kitchen there aren't so many pans and accessories so you have to improvise a bit.

Not very close to the downtown, but you can take a bus

We are very satisfied with the apartment. The conditions were excellent. The room is spacious, with a large bed, a comfortable kitchen, a clean bathroom and a large terrace. The room looks recently renovated and very comfortable.
Our vacation was great so really I couldn't say that there was something that we didn't like. All I can mention is that the apartment is located in an excellent neighborhood, but not very close to the city center. Public transport buses pass nearby so the location is not really a negative especially for people who have no problem with walking.

Nice compact and clean apartment with all the facilities you would need including well functioning air con.
Close to one of the best beaches (Borik) in Zadar and some excellent bars and restaurants close by (Famous Beach Bar and Grill, Roko, Shanghai House).
A long way from the main bus station if you wanted to travel around in Croatia, and also quite a walk to the old town (30min brisk walk), but Uber and Bolt apps are you friend here. Don't use the street cabs as they are not good value for money in comparison. Once you've got Bolt installed this minor dislike disappears.
