Disappointed

Overall, the stay was disappointing. This feels like the kind of place that takes advantage of the large number of tourists by charging a high price for very little in return. There were no basic toiletries such as soap or shower gel, the furniture was cheap and the breakfast was very poor and lacking variety. Also the view and most of the pictures in the description are from the third floor.

Best price for value

Very clean and comfortable room, with a free parking just in front of the door. Very friendly employees with useful tips about the area. Perfect quiet location close to the beach with a bus connection to the old town or 40min walk. A good breakfast with a good variety. A perfect price for value option for Zadar.

Great experience, would recommend

The host was fantastic, nice, polite, and relaxed. The room is immaculate, i.e., super clean and tidy down to all corners and details. Just fantastic, a rarity these days. Balcony with a view of the sea, free private parking in front of the building. Staff are eager to help you with any info on the city, its surroundings, and any details you want to know.

In no way deal brakers, but we had a small ant problem during our stay, where ants were coming in through the window frame cracks in the bathroom. There weren't lots of them, and they are not aggressive, but just a bit of a nuisance. I'm confident the staff spotted them afterward and mitigated the issue. The balcony, although very nice, gets too hot because of the position of the sun in the afternoon, as it gets fully exposed to the heat of the sun. Some might like it, some might not, especially during summer and high temperature season. I'd recommend some type of blinds on the edge of the balcony to offer some shade if needed.

Ne-a placut ca am fost intampinati de catre gazda, o persoana foarte draguta, comunicativa, primitoare. Ea ne-a oferit toate indicatiile de care aveam nevoie, am primit și harta orasului, pe care ne-a insemnat fiecare obiectiv de vizitat din orasul vechi. Camera foarte generoasa ca spatiu, luxoasa, utilata cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Deasemenea si baia. Am avut parcare gratuita la proprietate.

Čisto i udobno!

Prostran, čist i svjetli apartman, sa terasom i balkonom. Lijepo i jednostavno uređen. Osoblje je jako ljubazno, dobili sno sve potrebne informacije, komunikacija je bila jednostavna, a dolazak u 20:00 navečer nije bio nikakav problem. Sviđao nam se prozor iznad kreveta...ležiš i gledaš u nebo 😃 Pozdrav ljubaznoj spremačici koja se zadnji dan ponudila odnjeti naše smeće 🙂

Nedostatak vješalica za ručnike u kupaoni. Bilo bi praktično da apartman ima metlu i cjedilo za suđe. Malo preuska parkirna mjesta.

Za krótki jak na takie fajne miejsce.

Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Wędliny i sery bardzo dobre jakościowo, Duży wybór dodatków: pomidory, ogórki, papryka, oliwki. Cały czas na świeżo donoszone również potrawy na ciepło i w odpowiedniej ilości. Deserki i owoce ;) Gospodarz cały czas na miejscu i bardzo pomocny w wielu sprawach związanych z naszym zakwaterowaniem i zwiedzaniem okolic. Czysto, na bieżąco wymieniane ręczniki nawet w nadprogramowych ilościach. Wygodne łózko. Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Duży wygodny balkon na wieczorny odpoczynek.

Családias légkör, jó ár-érték arány, bármikor vissza mennék.

A személyzet kedves, a szoba tiszta , az ágy kényelmes. Egyikőnk glutén és tej érzékeny - a reggelinél mindenféle felár nélkül biztosítottak neki a glutenmentes kenyeret és a növényi tejet. A közelben van több étterem, bolt, a legközelebbi strand nagyjából 15perc séta.

Toller Aufenthalt

Sehr netter Empfang mit Tipps zur Umgebung. Gutes Frühstück und kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nicht weit entfernt eine Bar direkt am Meer mit Blick auf Zadar. Zu empfehlen ist der Grillteller beim Capo Grill um die Ecke. Bus vor der Tür. Parken in Zadar sehr günstig.
