Great stay in fantastic apartment.

Very spacious , beautiful apartment. Pool area is great. There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and the rest of the apartment.

Would like to be closer to town, however there are plenty of good restaurants and bars close by. The beach area at the bottom of the road is lovely.

It is even better than in the pictures. Ideal for big families (10 people). Well equipped kitchen, clean rooms, baths,... The pool is great. The grill corner is also great. Grocery in 150m, beach in 8 min walk, city center 10 min drive, 50min walk. Contact person was helpful and responsive.

Large and stylish , has everything you can possibly need + great heated pool and private parking We would rate it as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The beds was comfortable, bathrooms and terrace are excellent. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and location is perfect, close to a Market which was handy, and few steps to beach, restaurant and cafe. Host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. He gave us some superb recommendations on where to eat, places to shop and sights to see. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

The whole experience was amazing. Very close to the beach, restaurants ,small Studenac nearby for groceries. The property was clean, well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fast internet connection, coffee machine, etc.) The kitchen had all the utensil we could need. The house is really big and spacious, the photos definitely don't show it. Everything in the apartment was brand new and tastefully decorated. Pool area also includes barbecue area. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there is plenty of space in the living/dining room. Also big compliment to host for the warm welcome and immediate respons to any question. We will come back and recommend it certainly to our circle of friends. Highly recommended.

Fantastyczny!!!

Bardzo komfortowy apartament, czysty, nowoczesny, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Cicha lokalizacja, blisko go plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Centrum Zadaru w odległości 15 min. taksówką. Największą atrakcją jest basen zewnętrzny. Zarządca obiektu bardzo miły i pomocny, cały pobyt był z nami w kontakcie. Duży plus za późniejszą możliwość wymeldowania.

Luxuriöser Urlaub in schöner Umgebung für zwei Familien

Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet: Schöne Möbel, hochwertige Holzfußböden und bequeme Betten. Da wir im Frühjahr da waren, hat uns der beheizte Pool besonders gefallen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Ebenen und 4 Schlafzimmer. In der unteren Ebene ist ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit dem guten Dartautomaten, den wir in den Abendstunden ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der oberen Ebene ist ein weiterer großer Wohn- Essbereich mit offener Küche mit einem großen Doppeltür-Kühlschrank (die Nespressomaschine müsste aber mal entkalkt werden). Zudem drei weitere Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit direktem Zugang zum Pool, eines mit Bad en suite sowie zwei weitere Bäder. Wir waren zu acht (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und hatten reichlich Platz. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit wenig Verkehr. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man sich mit dem Nötigsten ausstatten kann. In 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung ist ein Kieselstrand zu erreichen, von dem aus man schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Der Hausverwalter Dino war stets gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Er konnte unsere Anliegen immer super lösen. Insbesondere der spätere Checkout, weil unser Rückflug verschoben wurde, war äußerst hilfreich. Das lässt sich natürlich nicht immer realisieren, aber wir haben es sehr begrüßt.
