Studio Villa Carlotta

Wir hatten noch nie einen so tollen Gastgeber. Er lebt für seine Arbeit und macht sie mit ganzem Herzen. Er und seine Familie waren unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Studio entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Schubladen und Kochutensilien waren sauber und für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend, ebenso der kleine Kühlschrank. Die Matratze war überraschend bequem. Der Pool wurde stets sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung außerhalb der Stadt, ist aber mit Uber oder Bus gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist nur etwa 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Restaurants und Supermärkte findet man praktisch an jeder Ecke. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Bien meublé avec du matériel neuf . Excellente literie. Décoré avec soin. Piscine très belle et très bien entretenue. Carlo, le propriétaire, est sur place, ce qui est un avantage . Très aimable, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos attentes et nous donner plein de bons plans . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We stayed two weeks in a Studio at Villa Carlotta, we were very happy about the property, neighborhood, location and value for money. The location was perfect: • 13 min to the beach. • 6 to 10 min to the grocery shops and restaurants. • 22 min to the airport. • Calm neighborhood “residential area”. The property itself was comfortable: • The studio was big enough for two people. • Kitchen fully equipped. • The bed was comfortable. • The pool was super clean. It was cleaned on daily basis. The value for money really worth it for such accommodation including the facilities. Karlos, the owner was warm hearted, friendly, funny and helpful. He was the cherry on top of our vacation! He and his daughter Carlotta were giving recommendations of places and restaurants and that was very helpful. We really appreciated that. If we may decide coming back to Croatia one day, it will be just because of him and his family. Honestly, we felt as if we are at our home around our family. We highly recommend travelers to Zadar to stay at Villa Carlotta.

• The A/C was blowing the air on our foreheads. We tried to adjust the blades but the air was still hitting our foreheads. It would be more convenient if the bed was located in the opposite side. And turning the A/C off wasn’t pleasant due to the high temperature during the night. • The front door has some pieces of square glass that let the light enter at the sunrise. The sunrise during our stay was around 5:30am. It would be more convenient if the door has no pieces of square glass. • It would be better also if the internet’s signal was stronger.
