Clean, well equipped, c location.

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. The old city was within a very reasonable walking distance and the apartment is close to the railway and bus stations.

Very nice place to stay.

The place is cosy and the experience is great. It is new and well furnished, has all the amenities necessary to stay there. We did not cook in the place, but it has the possibility to do so. In terms of location, it is slightly outside of the city center, which is about 5 minutes with a car from the location. It's not walkable distance in the summer heat, but if you are keen on longer walks, that's okay. Otherwise, you should consider Uber. One of the beaches in the city is about 15 minutes away walking, which is great. We recommend visiting Preko island with the ferry. It also has nice beach and waters. The host also offers private boat trip, so you can ask for it as an additional service, but it was good price and great experience.

The flat was 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from town. The location was perfect for me. Owner was friendly, I was able to store my luggage before I got the room, and to pick it up after checking out already. The owner recommended some nice places to eat, the restaurants were perfect :)

Traditional design with use of bikes

Traditional design and great to have bikes to get around town. Apartment was clean and had very good facilities, including a washing machine.

No complaints - just remember mosquito spray for the evenings.

The apartment was amazing. All little details are there for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is great and has everything you need for cooking. I was also very pleased with the coffee machine. In the bathroom there are gel shower, shampoo and even an after sun lotion in case you need it. The room was extremely clean and nicely cool so i didn't have to use an air conditioner (which is there). The beach is 10-15 mins walking distance and the city centre is around 25-30. The area is lovely and there are several shops around. The host is great and very thoughtful. Thank you very much! I would definitely recommend it.

We had apartament deluxe, amazing, there was everything you need! Even bikes to use! I can recommend to everyone, very good contact with host. They also offer transfer from and to the airport.

the place is really nice and fully furnished. perfect for one person or a family of 4. it’s closed to the main bus station (almost 10 min walking distance ) and very close to supermarkets ,bars,gym. the city center is reachable by foot as well in almost half an hour

The best choice I could've ever made.

The host was really really friendly, he showed us the map of the city, where the nearest stores are, how to get to the beach, and even told us about the best night clubs in town. The apartment was really clean, it smelled fresh and new. You have a 5 min walk to the supermarkets and McDonalds, and about 10 min walk to the beach. To sum it all up I really recommend this host and their apartments. You can't go wrong if you choose them!!

Spacious, cozy place

Nice kitchen, nice shower, plus with the washing machine. The host and his father were very friendly and helpful, thank you! Parking right in front of the door.

There was unfortunately no water on the last day for showering and the host didn't reply. The internet was not the best. The lighting is not very cozy and warm.

Struttura molto accogliente, sicura e comodo. Il patio all’esterni è molto bello e comodo. La posizione è ottima perché non dista tanto dal centro ed è vicina alla spiaggia. In particolare è vicina alla fermata dell’autobus che ti porta in aeroporto.

Niesamowite miejsce, mega klimat, bardzo mili gospodarze, blisko z przystanku autobusowego, do plaży ok. 1,7 km, do Starego miasta trochę więcej.

super séjour

Logement atypique très bien équipé (dispose d'une clim, d'un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge entre autre) et très bien placé, très proche de la gare de bus pour les excursions, très proche de la plage de Kolovare, et à 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Des vélos sont à disposition, c'est un énorme plus pour partir explorer la ville (et on va au centre en 6/7 minutes). L'hôte a été très gentil et disponible pour toute demande. Si je retourne à Zadar je sais quel logement cibler en priorité 🙂

Super apartament zarówno na kilka dni jak i na dłuższy pobyt. Świetnie wyposażony zarówno w podstawowe produkty do gotowania (kawa, herbaty, olej, oliwa, przyprawy) jak i w środki czystości (chemia do prania, sprzątania, zmywarki). Dużo przyborów kuchennych i innych udogodnień. Apartament bardzo czysty i przestronny. Dobra lokalizacja (blisko Lidl, piekarnia, kilka barów, McDonald's i dworzec autobusowy, do Starego Miasta spacerkiem ok. 20 minut). Sympatyczny właściciel, spokojna okolica.

Wyjątkowe miejsce!!!

Wspaniały, przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony apartament z wszelkimi udogodnieniami, jakie są potrzebne, by miło spędzić urlop. Mieszkanie jest znacznie większe niż widać to na zdjęciach. Dwie odrębne sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami. Przestronna łazienka z pralką i zawsze ciepłą wodą. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, w której możesz piec i gotować, jeśli zechcesz. Jest też toster, czajnik, ekspres, oraz zmywarka 😀 W szafkach oprócz naczyń i garnków zastaliśmy także kawę, herbatę i cukier. Są też środki czystości i chigieniczne. Jest również klimatyzacja. Nie korzystaliśmy, był kwiecień ( w mieszkaniu było przyjemnie ciepło). Jest też niewielki słoneczny taras, na którym przyjemnie można posiedzieć lub wysuszyć pranie. Lokalizacja: bardzo blisko piekarnia, osiedlowy sklepik i sklep z wędlinami. W zasięgu 5 min spacerem Lidl. Do najbliższej plaży ok. 10 min spacerem ( widać zatokę z tarasu). Dworzec autobusowy i McDonald's 😉 5 min. Do starego miasta ok. 20 min. Wg mnie, lokalizacja świetna. Z daleka od zgiełku, ale blisko centrum. Pozdrawiamy bardzo miłych gospodarzy. Dziękujemy za gościnę i serdeczność.
