A conveniently located apartment with a pool, free parking, nearby shops and eateries.

Great place with a lovely swimming pool and free parking just across the street. Supermarket, bakery, and fast food are all within a 5-minute walk. The beach is about 10 minutes away, and the charming old town is easily reachable in 15 minutes if you take the little boat ferry.

While the apartment itself was fine, I wouldn't recommend driving to the old town—finding parking there is nearly impossible.

The apartment is well laid out, nicely furnished and has the utensils and mod cons that you need to have a home from home. The apartments are in a good location around 30 minutes walk into Zadar and has a supermarket within a five minute walk. We also loved the swimming pool and the ability to park our hire car safely and free of charge.

Gorgeous apartment and great location.

We had a fantastic time, the host was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the location is great! Takes less than 5 minutes to get into the Old Town using Bolt, and only cost €4-€6 each time. Bakmaz supermarket is less than two minutes walk from the apartment and has everything you need.

A beautiful apartment with great facilities including a washing machine. We loved the pool which was at a good temperature. Less than 5 minutes walk to a lovely restaurant. About 25 minutes walk into the old town. The apartment had parking across the street.

Absolutely perfect apartment

The apartment was 100% clean and very pretty! Great kitchen with excellent oven, stove and other facilities. The bed was very comfortable, the TV worked perfectly, the swimming pool was clean. There's simply nothing to complain about. If you want to stay in Zadar, then this place is an absolute gem!

Lovely people who running the place. They're super friendly,helpful and welcoming. Nice garden with lots of fruits growing there. A big pool and a beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment. Shops and bars a close around. Washing machine in the apartment. Later check out wasn't a problem at all.20-25 minutes walk to the center. Quite neighbourhood. I recommend this place!

Don't take a taxi from the bus station to get there, they will rip you off! Either call one or get there by bus.

The apartment had everything- washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, hairdryer. clean and modern lovely balcony with table and chairs. location is great it’s a 10 minute walk to the ‘boat man’ who brings you across for 1€ to the start of old town zadar. alternatively you can walk on the walking Bridge which is about a 25 minute walk. Ubers are also really cheap about 4€ 1 minute walk from the apartment there is a bakery and small supermarket. pool is small but has lovely sun beds very comfortable beside it and is quite

Nice clean appartment. Well equipped inc iron, Hairdryer, oven, air-con, WiFi, washing machine! Friendly family who own it, very helpful etc. Great swimming pool

When first arrived we weren't shown how to use anything, so had to ask. Soon got things sorted though.

Relaxing, spacious apartment close to the old town of Zadar

The apartment was spacious, bright and well equipped. The pool was a good size to have a decent swim and there were sun beds. The property is about 15 mins walk from the ‘boatman’ pick up across the water to the old twin, otherwise about 25 mins to the bridge.

Great value apartment with lots of potential

Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Helpful & responsive host. Nice comfy couch. Decent kitchen and great to have a washing machine. Good spacious terrace. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. Great to have free parking.

Wi fi was very unreliable. Mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable for me.

Apartment with large balcony looking over the pool and nice fruit trees in the garden next too. Nice and quiet location with parking on the property. Most communication with host is done with sms with is easy and informal.

Pool was nice. Big enough to actually swim in. It's walking distance from a pebble beach. The center is about 1.5km walk; I drove it. There's a small shop and a bakery very near by and a bigger supermarket about 1km away.

Disappointing

The swimming pool was really nice. They gave us 30% of money back for the problems encountered.

Apartment far from the city center. A/C doesn’t work (apartment under the roof). They gave us 2 small fans, and one directly broke when we plugged in. After our stay, they said to booking.com that we did a no show, without informing us. Impossible to put down the shutter No black curtain in the bedroom, and this curtain fall when we tried to move it. Crumbs on the floor when we arrived. No toilet paper when we arrived (only an old one). Speed presentation of the apartment, with a girl who was not really kind, and it was not better by messages after. No soap. Obligation to hold in hand the shower head.

Amazing! Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The apartment is very new with all facilities you need for a great stay. The pool was an absolute plus, we loved it! The kitchen is very well equipped and the balcony with outside seating was great! We will come back!

It is a bit hard to find the first time you arrive, but the host is super quick to respond and come and get you!

The apartment, the terrace, location ( supermarket and bakery yards away) and pool. Apartment was simple but had everything we needed, very good value for money.

Some information about local buses/taxis would have been helpful. Shower was not as warm as we would like especially as weather cooler in September. These are only minor details as overall it was excellent.

I en stad som inte riktigt består av långa vita sandstränder så var poolen ett stort plus i kanten under dessa varma sommardagar. Vi hade närheten till gamla stan (centrum i mitt tycke) likväl som hav och butiker. Fräscha rum, sköna sängar (mjuka). Vi är nöjda - tack!

Ligger precis i utkanten av ”stan”, tog runt 30 min att gå in till old town. Men vill man inte bo i centrum så var detta helt perfekt - man hade det mesta ändå inom nära räckvidd ändå!

Все продумано до мелочей - небольшая укомплектованная кухня, в спальне комфортная кровать и огромный шкаф для одежды, комната с террассой со столом для приема пищи и небольшой балкончик, с которого видно как садится солнце. Бассейн чистили и он был открыт для гостей. До центра города пройти пешком 25 мин. Рекомендуем аппартаменты для проживания и благодарим хозяев за гостеприимство.

Apartament położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko spacerkiem do centrum miasta. Sklep i piekarnia z pysznym pieczywem maksymalnie 2 minutki spacerkiem. Woda w basenie w połowie października ciepła. Bardzo dobre miejsce do wypoczynku. Mieszkanie komfortowe, duży taras.Byliśmy już drugi raz, chętnie powrócimy kolejny🙂
