Excellent and beautiful stay near Arco.

The house address was a challenge to find on google maps but the owner came down by the church and met us to help lead us there. Very nice people and excellent customer service.

During the stay there was a problem with the internet connection, although we connected to WiFi without any problems.The temperature in the apartment from the radiators was low (fortunately the daily temperature was about 11 degrees Celsius), the owner provided us with direct heaters, but max only 2 could be connected, otherwise the fuses were blown. The same case was when using kitchen appliances, otherwise the fuses were blown again.A bit misleading description -2 bathrooms. In fact, there is 1 toilet with sink and bidet, the second real bathroom-fully equipped with bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.It is also necessary to add fairly that we received a discount of 20 Euros (we did not pay the city tax)

Exceptional

The apartment feels like a home and not a rental flat. It's very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Laghel is beautiful, if you don't mind the hill climb. The views from the Residence are breathtaking! The owners are very nice people and their dogs, Balto and Kyra were a joy to have around.

Wonderful place and people

This is an amazing place, in nature, located on top of a quite steep hill, very close to the center of Arco and the Garda lake. The view from the balcony is just spectacular! The area also offers endless attractions for those who like spending time actively. There are 2 lovely dogs children were adoring. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, the layout is very convenient. And most importantly the hosts are very friendly.

Mosquito net would be very helpful to eliminate the flies that you need to get used to. You also need to treat shower doors with respect:) During our stay there was a heavy storm and we were fighting with some leaks, but we managed to control the situation without involving the hosts. None of these things were disturbing enough, we'd like to be back at Mariella's place even tomorrow! Grazie!

Esperienza meravigliosa...

Che dire...appartamento spettacolare, location spettacolare, vista spettacolare, gestori/proprietari meravigliosi e disponibili. Siamo rimasti a bocca aperta quando siamo entrati nella struttura, sia per gli spazi vivibili, sia per le condizioni impeccabili e relativi servizi presenti. C'era pure una piscina non pubblicizzata.

Purtroppo siamo dovuti tornare a casa...vacanze finite. ;( Tutto a meraviglia, quindi non troviamo nulla che non sia stato di nostro gradimento.

Großzügige Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Als wir ankamen war Mariella leider nicht da. Stattdessen wurden wir von Angehörigen empfangen und dank Google Übersetzer konnten wir sofort einchecken. Mariella kam dann kurz darauf und hat uns nochmal alles gezeigt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war toll, die Wohnung war sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es gab ein großes Bad mit WC, Wanne und Dusche und ein separates WC. Wir waren zu sechst und hatten genügend Platz, auch für unsere Bikes, die wir im Erdgeschoss in einem separaten Raum unterstellen konnten.

Jeder hat sein eigenes Sauberkeitsemfinden, aber meiner Meinung nach hätte es gern etwas sauberer sein dürfen. Wer sehr empfindlich ist, sollte den Kleiderschrank kurz rauswischen, bevor man etwas einräumt. Im Bad gab es Ameisen, was aber tatsächlich weniger störend ist als es sich anhört. Als wir ausgecheckt haben, war Mariella wieder nicht da, was wir etwas schade fanden.

Panorama meraviglioso e dire questo è poco, casa molto grande ed accogliente con ogni comfort, siamo rimasti entusiasti. Proprietari molto disponibili e simpatici. Non mancava niente per poter trascorrere un soggiorno di vero relax.
