Unbelievable find.

We loved everything about this apartment. It is a great size, very well equipped and is spotlessly clean. The walk into town is only 10 minutes but by far the best thing is the level of hospitality offered by Manuel and his father. The addition of breakfast being provided is a real bonus aswell. It really feels like a home from home and we will definitely return.

Nothing...except that we had to leave at the end of the week.

A very good, clean, spacious and cozy apartment with a nice host.

A spacious, tidy, clean apartment. Perfect for upto 6 people. The 2 bathrooms were very handy. Apartment overall was fully equipped beyond expectations including the kitchen, washing/cleaning appliances, air-conditioning, a drawer full of prepared breakfast (plenty of milk, bread, bakeries, juices, cookies, jam, etc.). The owner's father lived on the ground floor but that was no issue at all - we completely had our privacy. View was also quite magnificent from the apartment. Perfect place to discover the surroundings and northern part of lake Garda.

Exceptional

Le Falesie exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious and comfortable interiour for our group of seven (two families). Well equiped (oven, microwave, gaggia esspresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine). Manuel was a great and helpfull host during our stay. Located a short walk away from nice restaurants and caffes.

A minor inconvenience due to ringing bells from the church nearby (at least once per hour also during the night). No access to garden area. Nevertheless for us a 10 out of 10 despite the above.

A very beautiful and convenient apparent in a wonderful surroundings. Very close to climbing cliffs and to Arco center. And Manuel is so nice and helpful! We are waiting for the next vacation here.

Perfect stay

Really nice and cozy appartment, furnished in everything you need. Beautiful place and view from apartament, quiet and comfortable. Faboulus breakfest prepared for whole stay, including milk, butter, eggs, juices, bread, cereals and many more. Close to Riva del Garda, to the lake. Very good point for a base for exploring Garda area. Very nice host.

We liked everything very much. A large, very clean apartment. Great breakfast. There was really a lot for breakfast. We felt at home. The owner, Manuel and his father are very nice people. Manuel always helped us and was always there for us. Very attentive. Thanks a lot for this! We will be back!

Просторная удобная квартира в отличном месте. Есть парковка на 2 автомобиля. В квартире 2 санузла и 3 спальни. Большое количество кухонных принадлежностей: хватит даже если вы хотите пригласить гостей. Очень приветливый хозяин, который готов ответить на любой ваш вопрос и дать рекомендации для идеального отпуска! Спасибо большое, с удовольствием вернулись бы.

Erholsam, weil alles passt.

Sehr großes, wohl gepflegtes Appartement in recht ruhiger Lage ein Stück außerhalb von Arco. Durch die zwei Bäder auch top für mehrere Personen geeignet. Rundum Aussicht, Heizung, klimatisiert und alles was man sonst so braucht. Super netter und höchst unkomplizierter Vermieter.

Äußerst freundliche Gastgeber ( der Vermieter wohnt gegenüber), und die tolle Lage machen den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock eines Privathauses(unten wohnt der Vater des Vermieters) mit einem umfassenden, italienischem Frühstücksangebot (alles außer Wirst/Käse).

Einzig die Zufahrt von Süden her ist eine Herausforderung mit einem größeren Auto.
