There is no Air-conditioning in the house, so it was quite hot. But when the windows were opened it was possible to breathe

Very attentive and helpful hosts, the house is surrounded with greenery, we could have dinners on the small patio outside the house: very relaxing. Just 7 min drive from Lake Garda: beaches and sailing clubs, and the supermarket.

The property is situated between two busy roads, and the noise spoils a bit the otherwise serene setting, but it gets better at night. Would be nice to have soap to wash hands.

the apartment was very dated. the bed very uncomfortable. the shower did not work well. there was no basics like hand soap. the towels were very old too.

Fantastic location - the flats are in a kiwi tree / wine garden. And Arco / Riva del Garda is a fantastic place to visit.

The rooms are a bit small for five guests. Also the owner should just change the existsing sofa to one that can be transformed to a bed instead of bringing separate beds that block off the sofa.

Mit einer Einschränkung war alles sonst okay.

Die Betreiberin war supernett und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Lage in den Obstgärten ist wunderschön. Die nicht weit entfernt vorbeiführenden Straßen hört man praktisch nicht. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Wir waren in einer Wohnung im Haupthaus untergebracht und schon bei der Anreise hat es in der Wohnung 1 leider sehr muffig gerochen. Regelmäßiges Lüften hat leider keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir konnten auch nicht herausfinden woran das liegt. Das hat leider den Komfort beim Aufenthalt eingeschränkt, da es durch das Lüften kalt war und wenn sie Fenster geschlossen waren es unangenehm gerochen hat. Wir waren vor Jahren schonmal in einem anderen Appartement im AI Fiume, da war alles wunderbar Vllt einfach Pech gehabt.

Maloni, viskuo besirūpinanti šeimininkė.. Strategiškai labi geroje vietoje, visai netoli nuo Garda ežero ir Cascate del Varone krioklių. Gražus sodas, kuriame yra lauko baldai. Mes jame vakarieniavome ir pusryčiavome. Kaina atitinka siūlomų paslaugų kokybę.

Dogodna i zaciszna lokalizacja i wspaniały ogród rekompensują niski standard apartamentu.

Wybraliśmy AI Fiume ze względu na bardzo dogodną lokalizację (12 minut spacerem do centrum Arco). Zachwycił nas także piękny duży ogród, do którego mieliśmy dostęp wprost z domu. Wieczorem można oglądać spektakl świetlików. Kontakt z właścicielami bardzo dobry i błyskawiczny.

Nie jestem fanką spania wśród różnych żyjątek, a pająków i innych robaków było w apartamencie dość sporo. Dużo pajęczyn i brudu po kątach, nieodświeżone zasłony, ptasie kupy na krzesłach na tarasie, klejąca podłoga w domu...za czystość ogromny minus. Bardzo stary i ubogi komplet naczyń i sztućców. A do tego chłodno w domu bez możliwości włączenia ogrzewania. Gdyby te sprawy były zadbane AI Fiume byłoby niemal doskonałe dla nas.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen Umgebung und die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider reicht das allein nicht aus, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr spartanisch eingerichtet – funktional, aber ohne Komfort. Was direkt auffällt: Es fehlen grundlegende Dinge, die man in einer Ferienwohnung erwarten würde. Es gab keine Badetücher und auch keine Küchentücher. Ebenso waren selbst einfachste Küchenutensilien oder Vorräte wie Salz, Zucker, Handseife oder eine Küchenrolle nicht vorhanden. Für eine Unterkunft zur Selbstverpflegung ist das enttäuschend und erschwert den Aufenthalt unnötig. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft die Schlafsituation. Die Wohnung wurde ausdrücklich für sechs Personen gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass nur zwei Doppelbetten zur Verfügung stehen und jedes zusätzliche Bett mit 15 € pro Nacht berechnet wird. Diese Information war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich und hätte unbedingt im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden müssen, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Der gravierendste Mangel jedoch war die Raumtemperatur. Die Heizung wird offenbar ab dem 15. April standardmäßig abgeschaltet – unabhängig vom tatsächlichen Wetter. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr kalt, und es gab keine alternative Möglichkeit zu heizen (z. B. ein mobiler Heizlüfter oder ähnliches). Die Nächte waren daher unangenehm – alle Mitreisenden haben gefroren. Insgesamt hinterlässt der Aufenthalt einen enttäuschenden Eindruck. Auch wenn die Gastgeber wirklich freundlich waren, fühlten wir uns in der Wohnung nicht wohl – vor allem wegen der Kälte und der fehlenden Ausstattung. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen – nicht nur für einen längeren Aufenthalt, sondern selbst für eine einfache Übernachtung bei kühlerem Wetter ist sie nicht geeignet.

Jeśli miałbym coś usprawnić to dodałbym mop w łazience bo jest tam wanna i jak się bierze szybki prysznic to nie ma czym zebrać wody z podłogi. Wieczorem we wrześniu była duża wilgoć w powietrzu i specyficzny zapach na zewnątrz, oczywiście nic z tym się nie da zrobić, taka jest ta lokalizacja.
