Elisa und Michele waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Das Apartment war sehr modern ausgestattet und übertraf unsere Erwartungen um Längen. Elisa hat uns nette, kulinarische Begrüßungsgeschenke in der Wohnung hingestellt und war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn irgendetwas gefehlt hat oder wir noch eine Frage hatten. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Arco und können aus vollem Herzen sagen, dass diese Wohnung zu den schönsten und praktikabelsten Wohnungen gehört, die wir angemietet haben. Die Innenstadt von Arco mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften ist zu Fuß in max. 20 min zu erreichen. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Ein Auto kann auf dem Grundstück sicher abgestellt werden

Il fatto che l’appartamento fosse nuovo, molto pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e fornito di tutto ciò che può essere necessario (particolarmente apprezzata la presenza di un maxi rotolo di carta, casa, di buste per la spazzatura (che non si trovano quasi mai negli alloggi ad uso turistico), di un impianto di riscaldamento gestibile dall’ospite.
Bellissimo il balcone con vista sulle montagne.
Tre note negative:
-alcune pentole erano molto rovinate (non sporche, ma decisamente sgradevoli alla vista);
- le tovagliette/canovacci presenti in cucina erano macchiati
-il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso molto rigido.
Piccole cose, ma che stonano un po’ con tutto il resto, praticamente perfetto.

Posizione molto comoda, parcheggio proprio sotto all'alloggio. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, ha sempre risposto velocemente.
