Great little option in central Arco
Compact but efficient with lot of storage. Super centrally located. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine super handy to do a quick load, especially if traveling with kids!

Un imperdibile loft sul corso di Arco
Posizione eccellente in pieno corso centrale. Appartamento pulito, comodo, bello. Comunicazioni con gestore sempre precise e massima disponibilità anche nell'anticipare il check in.
Visto l'ottimo giudizio, mi permetto di consigliare solo un plus a livello di servizio/ospitalità/confort come il caffè (non solubile) e qualche bustina di tisana. Per il resto nulla da dire.

Nagyon jó helyen van, jól kialakított lakás, de sok a hiányosság.
Az elhelyezkedès szuper volt, illetve hogy volt legkondi és piperék.
4 főre foglaltunk, nem volt megàgyazva, csak 2 főre. Magunknak kellett a kanapét kinyitni, felàgyazni. Nem volt elèg àgynemű. A törölközők vadi újak voltak, rajtuk volt a matrica, ki sem voltak mosva… a padló nem volt felmosva, fekete lett a talpunk èrkezès után.

Top Lage zu einem fairen Preis! Wer Arcos Altstadt hautnah erleben möchte ist hier richtig :-)
Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt zwischen Läden, Cafés und Restaurants. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung - alles da was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht! Und das alles zu einem fairen Preis.
Wenn man Abends/Nachts lüften möchte, sind von der Altstadtgasse herauf die Leute in den Bars und Restaurants zu hören. Hat uns aber nicht gestört..

Le finestre erano rotte e non si chiudevano bene. Abbiamo dovuto bloccare con una scopa. Essendo dicembre non è stato il massimo.

C’è un odore sgradevole in bagno. Il pavimento non era pulito.

La struttura è ottima e la consiglio volentieri
La camera era spaziosissima e caldissima, visto che ho soggiornato in inverno, e i letti erano molto comodi inoltre la posizione era ottima in quanto in pieno centro e sulla via principale, l'unica cosa da segnalare è che si trova in una zona a traffico limitato e quindi non si può arrivare fin sotto la struttura per scaricare il bagaglio ma bisogna lasciare la macchina presso un parcheggio che è li vicino a 5 minuti di cammino inoltre la camera si trova all'ultimo piano e quindi bisogna fare diverse scale perchè non c'è l'ascensore cosa che è un problema per chi ha un handicap o una valigia che pesa però per chi non ha di questi problemi la struttura è ottima quindi la consiglio volentieri.
