Beautiful apartment in perfect location

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a beautiful old building. The location was perfect for Arco, and you have a parking space nearby. Clarrisa is a fantastic host and meets you at the parking space and takes you to the apartment, giving you all the information you will need. Aircon is available for 10 euros a day and as it was very hot we were glad to have it.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Arco and great host

Clarissa (the host) is very positive, friendly and always available for questions, if any. She met us in person, showed the car garage and then the apartment (also told a few things about the town and area). The apartment is very new, clean and had everything needed inside (e.g. in the kitchen for cooking). The location is great, just in the city center, so very close to all of the activities. We will be happy to stay at the same apartments next time we are in Arco!!

It was very cold. The thermostat didn't work correctly. In the morning the central heating didn't start although it was well bellow 21.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect, cleanness, location facilities and comfort, but the best is Clarissa who took care of every details, thank you again Clarissa! Arco is a very nice town, not too much crowded and is easy accessable to many attractions.

Help with transportation of luggage from parking place to the appartment. Good and cheap pizza in the building :) Great localization - center of old Arco. Wonderful host - Clarissa help.

Lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Das Appartement war unglaublich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Genug Teller, Gläser, sogar Wein und Grappagläser, Besteck, Töpfe. Super. Man konnte sie problemlos nutzen, weil alles so toll sauber war, was bei Ferienwohnungen nicht selbstverständlich ist. An Gerätschaften gab es einen großen Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierschrank. Sandwichmaker und Teekocher. Mikrowelle. Sogar eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Dyson Staubsauger, wenn man länger bleibt. Super praktisch. Die Lage ist perfekt im Zentrum von Arco und trotzdem ruhig. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ca 300 m entfernt. Auch für unseren SUV Landrover geeignet. Gar kein Problem und man läuft direkt durch den Ort. Deshalb kann man es immer schön verbinden. Clarissa hat uns unser Gepäck bei Ankunft sogar mit ihrem Auto zur Wohnung gefahren. Super lieb und praktisch. Sogar eine kleine Weihnachtsüberraschung fanden wir am nächsten Tag an der Tür. Lieben Dank für die schöne Geste.

Die Lage ist Perfect direct in der Innenstadt. Sehr sauber und Clarissa ist einfach toll. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen.

Tolle Ausgangslage zur Erkundung der Region.

Sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit.

Leider war es morgens durch die Reinigungsarbeiten bei offenem Fenster sehr laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es trotz Klimaanlage zu warm.

Appartamento nel chill

Clarissa, la padrona di casa, è stata veramente accogliente, ci ha accompagnati dal parcheggio all’appartamento con la macchina aiutandoci con i bagagli. Successivamente ci ha fornito indicazioni e suggerimenti sulle attività e i luoghi da visitare ad Arco. L’appartamento si trova proprio nel centro del paese, in un palazzo storico del ‘500, rendendolo ideale per muoversi a piedi nei dintorni. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto accogliente, pulita e ben curata nei dettagli.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką apartamentu. Dogodne usytuowanie apartamentu. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, gustownie urządzone, z klimatem. Bary, restauracje łatwo dostępne. W miarę blisko do supermarketu na piechotę. Możliwość zaparkowania samochodu na parkingu podziemnym. Okolica oferuje mnóstwo możliwości aktywnego wypoczynku. Blisko nad Gardę. Fajny klimat miasteczka.

sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, sehr sauber, zentrale Lage. Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Privater Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage.
