Appartamento estremamente spazioso al primo piano di una palazzina a cavallo tra la strada che gira intorno al centro di Arco e il centro stesso. In pochi minuti a piedi si è in centro, senza bisogno di spostare la macchina o attraversare zone pedonali. Il parcheggio privato è spazioso e con accesso diretto sulla strada che aggira il centro. L'appartamento è molto grande, la cucina spaziosa e fornita di frigo, fornelli elettrici e forno. L'appartamento è caldo e luminoso, con bella vista sulla rupe del castello. La posizione affacciata sul centro e non sulla strada lo rende comunque molto silenzioso.
Un microonde per scaldare il latte la mattina senza usare il fornello elettrico sarebbe stato perfetto.
