Appartamento nel complesso carino, ottimo il bagno con una spaziosa doccia. Ci sentiamo di consigliare questo appartamento

Le varie funzioni delle doccia non funzionavano, in bagno mancava una chiave che permetta più privacy, ci vorrebbe un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia perché negli armadi c’era roba dimenticata. Però tutte cose risolvibili e non fondamentali.

위치가 너무 좋았습니다 클라이밍을 위해 방문했는데 가까운 곳에 멋진 등반지가 많았어요 많은 섹터를 걸어서도 갈 수 있어요 주차장도 가깝고 편했습니다 호스트는 답장이 빠르고 친절했습니다 숙소에도 필요한 게 다 있었고 깨끗했어요 저희에게는 최고였어요

단점이 별로 없지만 주방도구가 조금 아쉽습니다 칼이 너무 무뎌요, 그리고 와인 오프너와 세탁세제가 없어서 사서 두고왔어요

Struttura semplice e buona qualità prezzo per il periodo.

Con poca spesa si potrebbero migliorare alcuni accessori della casa.

Location is great, in one of the core-streets of Arco, close to the main square and with it's own Parking, which is a luxury in any Italian city.

Christian, the host, did his best to solve the issues we raised, and that's to his credit — but we ran into several problems, many of which couldn't be fixed. We were 8 people, so some of this comes down to that: this is not a comfortable stay for 8 people in summer, even counting a small kid (who has to share the double bed with you, whether or not you planned on that). The owner shouldn't offer this space for more than 4 people, and shouldn't price it as a cheap 8-person flat — but he did, and we booked thinking we'd found a good deal, then checked the details too late to cancel. We hoped the small size would be offset by smart design, but it wasn't. Three beds are crammed into the bedroom — a double and two singles — and the third is basically in the way: you can't open the closet in the morning if someone's sleeping right in front of it, and it's a narrow, metal-framed bed at that. The sofa bed in the living room is a marvel of squeaky spring-and-rod engineering, noisy and uncomfortable. The other sofa isn't really meant for sleeping at all — you just curl up on it. There's no air conditioning in the bedroom, which would be ok for us in a less crowded apartment, but it got unbearable after a couple of nights. A better fan was eventually provided, which helped. Beyond that, the place felt basic and not especially clean — the towels and sheets seemed worn from years of washing. There was one moka pot for a single espresso and a water boiler so small we had to run it three times just to get everyone coffee before breakfast; some mornings we just went out for it instead. Overall, maybe a case of mismatched expectations — for fewer people and a lower price, this could work fine for climbers or anyone who just needs a roof over their head at night. But it's not a good fit for a group with kids staying multiple days.
