Kitchen very usable, nice coffee machine... plenty of space in the house + a very nice garden with a great view! Very quiet setting, Very nice house.

Be aware that parking at the house is not possible for cars with width larger then 1.60 m. The road there gets that narrow ca. 100 m before the house. There is plenty of free parking ca. 300 m from the house.

Soggiorno molto particolare e piacevole

L’unità è molto carina, gli interni sono studiati molto bene. Sebbene gli spazi non siano grandi ci si muove benissimo all’interno. Gli esterni sono molto grandi e ben tenuti, purtroppo facendo freddo non li abbiamo goduti come meritavano.

Essendo situato in un borghetto le strade sono strette e non si può arrivare con la macchina all’appartamento. Bisogna parcheggiare nelle vicinanze e trasportare a mano le valigie, non si tratta di lunghe distanze da percorrere ma in inverno e con bambini può risultare un po’ complicato, ma ne vale la pena perché il tragitto è molto piacevole.

Unbehaglich

Zugute halten kann man der Wohnung die guten Matratzen. Aus den Wasserhähnen ist immer recht schnell warmes Wasser gekommen. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber. Und auch an der schönen, grünen Gartenanlage kann man Gefallen finden. Durch die zurückgesetzte Lage ist die Anlage meistens ruhig.

Reiner Self-Check in: hat man es erst mal geschafft, sich durch die rein digitale Anmeldeprozedur durchzuarbeiten und die Kurtaxe online zu überweisen, empfiehlt es sich, das bereitgestellte Video zur Anreise anzuschauen. Denn ohne dieses Video (hierfür ist ein Google-Konto erforderlich), würde man sich vor Ort nur schwer zurechtfinden, zumal mir Google Maps 2 x den falschen Weg angezeigt hat. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen am Rande von Arco und kann nicht direkt mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Der nächste Parkplatz ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was recht unpraktisch ist, wenn man mit schwerem Gepäck unterwegs ist. Wohnung: Schon beim ersten Betreten war ich gleich vom Studio-Apartment enttäuscht. Ich fand die Wohnung unbehaglich und so gar nicht gemütlich oder ansprechend eingerichtet. Es könnte sich um die ehemalige Vorrats- bzw. Abstellkammer des Hauses handeln, die behelfsweise in eine Ferienwohnung umgewandelt wurde. Es gibt bis auf 1 schmale Fensterluke in der Küche kein Fenster und durch die milchig-matte Glastüre fällt kaum Licht. Das niedrige Deckengewölbe in der Küche sowie der sehr grobe Putz im zentralen Hauptraum (in dem auch das Bett steht) verstärken den Eindruck einer Kellerwohnung. Bad und Toilette sind zwei separate kleine Raum-Zellen, die über Treppenstufen erreicht werden. Ausstattung: Vor allem nachts fallen Störgeräusche vom Kühlschrank und einem Luftwäschergerät unangenehm auf. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist im großen und ganzen okay, ein paar nützliche Küchenutensilien fehlen. Am Fernseher habe ich nur wenige Programme empfangen. Das WLAN-Signal ist schwach und bricht häufig ab. Die Wohnung war bereits Anfang Oktober eher kühl, und das obwohl ich sogar noch warme Tage erwischt habe.

La struttura non sarebbe abitabile quindi ogni commento è superfluo

DA DENUNCIA. Arrivato nella struttura scopro che non ha finestre, è stato ricavato un monolocale da una cantina/magazzino con un deumidificatore che faceva un rumore insopportabile, chiamo l'assistenza Booking che mi dice di rivolgermi al numero di assistenza indicato dal proprietario della struttura, chiamo chiedendo di trovarmi una soluzione alternativa in quanto è tardi e il monolocale non sarebbe abitabile, non trovano una soluzione e mi rispondono che il monolocale corrisponde alle foto sul sito, non ho trovato alternative e sono dovuto rimanere li, ma ho fatto presente che le finestre devono esserci indipendentemente dalle foto, mancava la chiave della porta (o era quella spezzata) e abbiamo dormito senza chiuderci dentro, cosa che comunque non avremmo fatto in quanto senza finestre sarebbe stata l'unica via di fuga.

nicht zu empfehlen, eher ein Loch wie ein schönes Apartment.

wir können die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Der ausgebaute Keller hat keine Fenster und es riecht modrig. Das einzig positive ist, dass die Unterkunft im Sommer eine schöne Aussicht und ein Garten hat und schön renoviert wurde.

Das Apartment hat keine Fenster und ist in einem Keller eines Hauses, das ausgebaut wurde. Es riecht sehr modrig und schimmelt in der Wohnung. Sogar das Holzbrett und die Holzkochlöffel waren leider schimmlig. Wir waren im Winter dort, weshalb die Wohnung sehr kalt ist. Es wird zwar durchgehend geheizt, aber durch die Mauern, bleibt es trotzdem sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Im Winter können wir das Apartment nicht empfehlen. Im Sommer, wenn man mehr lüften kann, ist es vlt besser. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis (100€ pro Nacht) steht für uns jedoch in keiner Relation.
