Residenza al Ponte

Second time staying here, this time with both apartments. Good size, ample parking for two cars. Location is perfect, quiet street, pretty short walk to all amenities/bars/restaurants. Arco is renowned for climbing so the backdrop is breathtaking. Air con in bedrooms (top), open plan living/kitchen (bottom).

Top apartment: the sofa bed could do with being upgraded as not a comfortable mattress for adults. One fan only working in the living room.

צריך רק לציין שהדירה במעלה מדרגות ושיש מדרגות גם בתוך הדירה..לא קל להרים מזוודות כבדות ככה היה טוב אם היו עוד דברים במטבח לשימוש יומיומי כמו מלח שמן ועוד

Localização tranquila e boa base para explorar os arredores. Áreas e comodidades confortáveis.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super und sehr zentral. Trotzdem wohnt man ruhig. Wir waren zu einer Zeit da, wo es sehr heiß war. Die Klimaanlage war somit die Rettung für die Nacht. Es war sauber und für eine Woche wirklich in Ordnung.

Es wäre toll, wenn es noch einige Handtuchhalter im Bad geben würde. Wir hatten ein Babybett bestellt - dies haben wir bezahlt. Leider war es nicht direkt vor Ort und man musste es telefonisch nachorganisieren. Zusätzlich kam es in einem eher ramponierten Zustand an und leider auch nicht mit gewaschener Matratze. Das habe ich dann selbst nachgeholt. Das darf für eine bezahlte Dienstleistung finde ich nicht sein. Hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass mal ein neues Bett für nachfolgende Gäste organisiert wird.
