Die Lage war außergewöhnlich gut im Zentrum der Altstadt. Ein sehr schönes Ambiente, Restaurants, Eiscafes, Bäcker und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die umgebenden Berge bieten sehr viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten und Klettersteige, insbesondere im Frühling und Herbst, wenn es noch nicht zu heiß ist. Der Gardasee umgeben von den Bergen ist fantastisch.

Struttura moderna in pieno centro ad Arco. Camera pulita ed accogliente. “Parcheggio alla Sarca” ampio e gratuito a 10 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.

L’appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò che serve, è ampio e pulito. A 10 minuti a piedi c’è anche un parcheggio gratuito molto grande.
Ho dovuto sollecitare più volte il proprietario affinché mi fossero inviate le indicazioni su come accedere all’appartamento. Con tutte le truffe che ci sono in giro, non è piacevole rimanere all’oscuro di tutto fino alle 13 del giorno stesso. Non si ha tempo durante la giornata? Si possono programmare mail e comunicazioni. L’attenzione dovrebbe essere quella di far sentire il cliente sereno e accolto, io invece ho passato ore a pensare di esser stata truffata (dato che avevano anche staccato il telefono dopo la mia prima telefonata). Per non parlare del fatto che attendo ancora una risposta al mio ultimo messaggio con domande sul check out. Per quanto l’appartamento fosse adeguato (tranne l’insonorizzazione, abbastanza inesistente dato che sentivo i movimenti di tutto lo stabile), non mi era mai capitato di essere trattata in questo modo. Non penso proprio che tornerò.
