Beautiful and cosy apartment in the heart of Arco

Apartment was very beautiful and clean, we had everything we needed for our two nights stay in Arco. Location in the old town is perfect, parking is also very close and comfortable. Host Pietro was very kind and helpful although not physically present, he kept contact with us throughout our stay to make sure we have everything. We recommend this apartment to everyone staying in this location.

Just a minor thing - bathroom fan was quite noisy, during day we did not mind at all, but at night it might bother someone with lighter sleep, especially if it is automated by movement and cannot be switched off manually.

Location, historical and good service.

Pietro (the owner) give perfect service. The location is perfect. The apartment is spacious for two. Perfect with a code instead of a key. We slept well in the center of Arco. We would definetly stay with Pietro again👍🏻

Beautiful, clean accommodation in the center of a wonderful historic city. Free parking near the accommodation (arranged by the host), place to put bikes in the house, possibility to use washer and dryer, wifi worked well. From Arco, an easy cycle path leads directly to Lake Garda, about 6-7 km, ideal for children. Two supermarkets 5 minutes from the apartment. The host is nice and helpful.

Great location in Arco. It's just off the main streets so you don't get all the foot traffic and noise as other apartments. Recently remodeled and very comfortable...even had a bottle of wine at check-in!. Only four apartments so it very private. You use a security code to get into the building and also to get into your room, so no keys to mess with. Parking is in a private covered garage which is very close. The host was very accommodating and helpful. He met us at the parking garage then walked us to the apartments where he explained everything. Speaks both English and Italian. Also very responsive if you need anything during the stay.

Perfect location. Very kind and helpful host. Nice modern flat, in an old style renewed building. Clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Close to the center. Can say: just perfect!

Ottima posizione dell’appartamento in centro ad Arco, confortevole, accogliente. Appartamento nuovo ben suddiviso. I gestori molto disponibili e attivi per qualsiasi necessità.

Non vi è un forno vero e proprio, ma un forno a microonde e se si vuole stare 2 o più giorni sarebbe utile e poi possibilmente il servizio riscaldamento potrebbe essere più funzionale con l’accensione, anche di inverno, del climatizzatore se adibito ad aria calda per la zona giorno.

Posizione perfetta, vicina al centro del paese e al parcheggio. Appartamento ristrutturato benissimo e molto accogliente, bello il soffitto a tetto con le travi in vista, riscaldamento ben funzionante e tv nuova collegata al wifi. Letto matrimoniale comodossimo. Istruzioni dettagliate scaricabili con qr di tutti gli accessori. Siamo stati benissimo.

Czyste, nowe, dobrze urządzone, ładne mieszkanie z dobrze działającą klimatyzacją i WI-FI. W cenie miejski parking znajdujący się 2 min. pieszo od obiektu. Właściciel Pietro przekazał nam bardzo dokładne instrukcje dotyczące parkingu i kodu do drzwi. Mieszkanie jest w spokojnej uliczce w ścisłym centrum Arco, dwa kroki od knajpek i sklepów. Supermarket COOP w odległości ok. 450 m. Idealna lokalizacja! Pietro przekazał nam też cenne wskazówki dotyczące planowanych przez nas aktywności i zniżkę do wypożyczalni rowerów. Świetny adres w Arco :)

L'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Pietro. La pulizia dell'alloggio, la tranquillità, la centralità dell'appartamento rispetto al centro cittadino che ci ha permesso in ogni momento di raggiungere il parcheggio, il parco pubblico, il fiume oltre che negozi, bar e ristoranti.

Appartamento in posizione centrale, pulito e molto confortevole. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile dando anche informazioni sulle loro convenzioni con bar e ristoranti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole, in un appartamento confortevole e ben posizionato, con una gestione attenta e disponibile.

Appartamento davvero bello, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort ideali per una breve gita ad Arco. Posizione centralissima ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi. Accogliente e ben curato, ci tornerei volentieri! Il proprietario, anche se non presente di persona, è stato molto disponibile: ha organizzato tutto con attenzione e ha risposto sempre con prontezza, facendomi sentire accompagnato anche a distanza.

L’unico piccolo disagio è legato alla posizione in zona ZTL, che non permette di arrivare direttamente sotto l’appartamento in auto. Per scaricare i bagagli ho dovuto fare un paio di giri, ma niente di troppo complicato. La TV offre solo canali radio, ma questo è soggettivo e può non pesare a tutti. Il Wi-Fi è risultato un po’ lento. Questi sono solo piccoli dettagli che non incidono su una esperienza complessiva che reputo molto positiva!
