Absolutely nothing.

My stay at this property was unacceptable and unsafe. I arrived late on the first day and immediately noticed a strong mold smell. The next morning, I reported it — mold was clearly visible in the bedroom, wardrobe, and bathroom. The whole apartment (No. 2 on the ground floor) is poorly ventilated. The property’s “solution” was to treat the mold with chlorine, which left the entire apartment filled with strong chemical fumes and uninhabitable. Their only advice was to “open the windows,” which had already been open all day without improvement. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me for not disclosing allergies (irrelevant, since no guest should ever be exposed to mold or chlorine fumes). They did not apologize and reacted far too late. Only late at night, after a full day of inaction, they offered me a cheaper, lower-standard apartment as an “alternative,” which I refused. I checked out early and did not spend another night there. This property is unsafe, unprofessional, and refuses to take responsibility for serious health and safety issues. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

A nice. well-equipped house in a beautiful location

A great house for social groups, with 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen and separate bathroom. The large fridge, freezer and cooking hob and oven were great for group meals. The location is close to Arco and and easy walk.

The shower really needs to be replaced! Slow running, difficult to control temperature, wobbly enclosure. Ceiling fans/portable fans or A/C would make the internal temperature more comfortable. Public parking is difficult in the area, so the spaces provided in the courtyard were welcome - however, it is easy to get blocked in by other guests.

Small steps to the perfection

Nice historic building in the centre of a beautiful city Arco with spacious parking place. Restaurants ste nearby. Shops are open till later time.

Just a minor improvments. The system of entry and exit the house is a bit complicated on the first sight. But after your go through it, you understand it better and respect it. Signs should be more visible, wifi code should be written visible on thebquick look. We were missing a salt in there kitchen and barely caught opening hours in the shop. We where short of time, just one night, with longer stay theese small things disappear. And a beautiful surroundings of Arco Witch a lot od possible activities definitely deserves a longer stay.

Nice stay with a perfect location

The location is perfect! With six people the apartment was good size.

The shower has very poor pressure and warm water runs out very fast. One person can barely finish showering with warm water. And I would suggest moving the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, because currently it is blocking the window.

Perfect for a stop on the long trip north-south or vice versa.

We booked a few hours before arrival as we were travelling from Greece to the Netherlands and needed a place to spend the night. Communication was quick and clear.

Disappointing

The apartment was basic and poor value for money. It was clean, but outdated. They left three toilet rolls for five of us for six days. We sent several requests and they brought us another two which is fairly poor when you’ve paid £1500 for six days in an apartment. We found walk to town sadly quite disappointing. We were also told we will be in the attic room and they gave us the room where you could barely move with the two bunkbeds in it that we didn’t need in any case.

It took us some time to get inside and even find the room. Only one toilet with bathroom is not so much for 9 people. Some information about how to check-in came a bit late and only via internet. It was a bit problem as I do not have internet data in my mobile phone.

Great place to stay

The location in Arco is excellent. You are right in town and we were able to drive to a wide range of climbing crags within 15-30 minutes. The hosts were really responsive to messages and requests, both before our arrival and during our stay. When we needed extra bedding, it was quickly provided. The self check-in and check-out system was very straightforward, as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking situation was a bit unclear from the property description. There is reserved parking within the gates for only certain apartments, but we found a free carpark that was less than a 10-minute walk away.

So far, from all our stays in Arco, probably the best one :)

The apartment had a great flair, it was spacious and well heated (important in February). From my room upstairs, I could see the castle from the small window, which really gave it a beautiful feeling. The host were super helpful, assisting us with all question, replying fast to messages and gave us a lot of tips on the places which were open during the out-of-season time. The location was also great, 2 minutes walk to the city centre via romantic old town streets, where we walked a lot. We would like to say a bit THANK YOU / GRAZIE

Well situated flat just on the edge of the historic centre of Arco, town as well as Colodri rocks within walking distance. In case you want to avoid walking, this may not be optimal since the next free parking is a couple of metres away. The host is available via WhatsApp for all requests.

sweet apartment a few minutes from Arco

We were six girls but there were only bedsheets and towels for two people so I texted the organizers via whatsapp and they immediately responded and brought us the missing laundry. All in all it's a sweet apartment, the check-in is super easy und uncomplicated as is the check-out. The city is only a few minutes walk away so the location is perfect.

The accomodation was really nice and perfect for a group of friends. You have a small but well equipped kitchen and the whole apartment is really big. The location is perfect. The only problem is the parking because sometimes it´s not so easy to find a free spot but in that case we just parked directly on the property. The communication with the host was quick and they answeared all our questions. I would reccommend the place to everyone. It´s a nice apartment for a good price.

We kinda missed chopping board and kitchen towels there when we were cooking but other than that it was perfect.

Location - close to the town center.

Check-in instructions were sent to WhatsUp - without prior message via SMS or email. Our living room on the 4th floor was very dark - with floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedroom had one skylight that could not be shaded (too high) - it was not possible to sleep in the morning.
