Room for improvement

I liked the location it is located in a nice and busy village with shops, markets near the river and the lake is nearby approx 15 minutes driving pending of the traffic..

The ac was leaking water and was not cooling the whole appartment, it had an instruction that we had to suck on a transparent tube (which we could not find)to empty the water in the system neither the host understood the instruction the water temperature of the shower was not steady we had to constantly open and close the fosset to shower with hot water, the cleaning staff was rude , when they came to clean the appartment next to ours they where yelling in italian and giving us an irritated look, we then got the host knocking on our door apparentely we had a misunderstanding about the booking, i made a booking with pets but it did not go thru with the details.we had to pay a pet fee which is fine and normal for any accomodation.what we did not appreciate is that we where met at the door by the host when we were having a breakfast with our family without a previous notice that she was going to pass by .This could have been a message , sinds we still had to pay for the city tax as well but there was no one to collect it when we arrived. Other than that the host is responsive, we adressed the wasmachine that was listed on booking.com and not included in the appartment, hopefully it will be adjusted on booking .com ,they provide you with a card to use for a laundry nearby buth ours did not have credit on it .she did offer to reemburse us the laundry costs back which was thoughtfull , there are two laundry facility near the appartment on walking distance..

Excellent location in the heart of Arco Convenient parking nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. The owner replies quickly and is helpful.

Beds: beds had very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The bunk bed was even worse – a very thin mattress on a shaky metal frame that moved with the slightest motion. Rooms: The “bedroom” is not fully separated from the living room – there’s an open wall without a ceiling, so every sound from the living room can be heard clearly. Noise: There is a bar right next to the apartment, and noise from it continues late into the night, making it difficult to fall asleep. Practical issues: There were very few electrical outlets, and only one near one bed. The air conditioner is placed inside the small bedroom, is quite loud, and disrupts sleep. Kitchen: The induction stove didn’t work well with the moka pot provided; it took quite some effort to position the pot so the stove would recognize it. Overall, while the location and communication were good, the comfort, noise levels, and overall quality did not match the price we paid. Some of these issues are likely due to the apartment being in a historic building in the city centre, which limits possible modifications, but they still affect the comfort of the stay.

Had a lovely stay here.

The property is located in the heart of the town. Parking was facilitated by owner nearby, with clear instructions. Property spacious, comfortable and clean. Towels and linen very clean and smell lovely. Owner easily contactable and helpful and so friendly. Views of the town and beautiful backdrop.

There is a pub located nearby that was quite noisy until about 2am. Otherwise the property perfect.

Exceptional

"Deluxe apartment" - We liked how spacious the apartment was. It was very comfortable. We loved the nice kitchen area and spacious bathroom. The apartment was conveniently located next to the beautiful historic part of Arco and near the hiking trail to Arco castle. (We took advantage of both and loved it very much). The host was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children.

Be careful. After we left the apartment, manager wanted take extra money from me for cleaning, that was included in price! ..... motivated it with rubbish in kitchen and hairs in bed....realy?

Really good location and nice updated apartment

Nice updated apartment with everything that you need, comfortable beds, located in the historical center. The host was really nice and she also gave us a pass to park the car for free!

Great apartment with free wifi, free parking and lots of space.

The apartment was nice with lots of space and nice decoration. We booked it only three hours before arrival and via a phone call and info via Whatsapp we sorted out how to get access to the apartment. If we would have booked it in a more reasonable time frame, that info would have been given via email. Also a plus that we got free parking in the whole town.

It was near of all and after you find parking place it was nice and near, easy to operate. Enviroment and the owner lady were nice and friendly. City of Riva was also near. The Dollmites were awesome. Thanks.

Microwave oven could be nice idea and the electric kettle should be unleakable and bigger. Info for heating should be, because heaters wörk well. In shower could be floorwarming, it is not problematic in summer season.

Location in the centre of arco, spacious living area, good bathroom, parking permit.

The waste arrangements were poor, we had no provision for wet - food waste recycling at the property. Staying for 2 weeks we should have been provided with a change of towels, more toilet paper and more cleaning equipment - we were granted access after an issue arose with the electrics. The bedspread originally provided was not clean. The kitchen provision were generally ok but there was no sieve to drain pasta. The presence of the lack cat underneath the bedroom window spoils an otherwise lovely and quiet location - the pub stays open to the early hours of the morning with people congregating and being very loud outside in complete disregard of those sleeping in nearby houses.

Excelente trato por parte de la anfitriona, Antonella. El alojamiento está muy bien situado cerca del centro y casco antiguo de Arco. Tener la posibilidad de parking reservado y gratuito (en la calle)

La TV estaba limitada. No podías conectar usb para ver pelis, ni conectar ningún otro dispositivo de entretenimiento. Para mí es algo fundamental ya que viajo con niños y no se entiende el idioma en el que están los diálogos. El espacio era algo reducido para las 2 familias (7 personas) que íbamos aunque no hubo problema.

Sehr außergewöhnliche Wohnung, interessante Ausstattung.

Die Wohnung ist etwas alt, zum Beispiel hat das Licht im Bad nur teilweise funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in dem Stadtzentrum und unten ist die Bar, die sehr laut ist. Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenstern ist unmöglich.

Zentrale Lage in Arco

Sämtliche Betten in der Unterkunft haben gequietscht UND gewackelt. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Unmittelbar neben der Unterkunft befinden sich mehrere Lokale. Lärm bis nach Mitternacht, auch bei geschlossenen Fenster. Unterkunft generell sehr dunkel, da wenig Fenster.
