A good stop over apartment

This was a quick stop over property for us, and was comfortable. It has some steep stairs to two of the bedrooms, and a bit of a mission to get to the carpark through a gate and then into the apartment with a lot of luggage (we had five weeks worth). But it has everything you need, and is a close walk to lovely restaurants and bars. The host is friendly and easy to contact.

The carpark led to an uneven path so getting luggage in was a bit hard. Steep stairs in the apartment, not the best for small children or elderly travelers. A group of adults, or teenagers - it's absolutely fine. The shower was a bit blocked but the owner was great when I pointed it out. Very approachable.

Have coffee available, or include in the pre-arrival message that coffee is not available so that guests buy some to make in the mornings.

Perfect for a one night stop over.

Location was good. The beds were comfortable.

Difficult to get the check in details in a timely manner. I had to reach out the day of check in because I had nothing. Parking there was a video and when we arrived the spot was taken. Gate to open the parking area was challenging. Narrow, puddles and then the actually building was unlocked, doors open and not secured. No air conditioning on main floor. Had to depend on cool air coming down from the lofted area.

I think the water might be a hard water--my hair was so dry There is evidence of a shower leak where the floor needs to be replaced.

We needed a place for 1 night with 5 and this was a great solution. There was a parking space in the back and it was next to the center and park in Arco. Shower was great, beds were too.

Maybe the kitchen can be cleaner (especially kitchen exhaust), it would be easy to have a water cooker.

Lovely views from the balcony. Clean and well equipped. Lovely host and flexible with the key collection. Grateful for the air con in the upper bedroom. Limited communal space but sufficient for 1-2 nights stay. Great location to the centre.

Reggeli nem volt az ajánlatban, de a közeli Coop-ban pékárut és minden szükségest lehetett venni. A szállásadó Alessandro nagyon kedves és segítökész, minden dologban .Arco szép kis város,érdemes felkeresni,

A fürdöszoba ablakra egy függöny jó lenne , mert így kényelmetlen,hogy beláthatnak,és még egy célt szolgálna nem melegedne át a fürdöszoba. A nyári melegben az egy klímaberendezés nem elégséges még úgy sem ,hogy minden hálószobában van ventilátor.
