1Dest - Easy Modern

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung

Appartement könnte insgesamt etwas gemütlicher sein

The apartment covers all the basis needs.

I suggest providing at least drinking water at the arrival.

Pulizia, tranquillità

The apartment itself is spacious and has some very nice features. We especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain view and the three balconies. Having a washing machine and a drying rack was very useful, and we also appreciated the moka pot in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, several practical issues affected our overall experience. The kitchen was not adequately equipped for four people – there were only two pots (one very large and one very small), three heavily scratched non-stick pans, not enough mugs, and some basic kitchen utensils were missing. The dishwasher still contained dishes when we arrived, and although washing-up liquid was provided, there were no dishwasher tablets. The bathroom also needs some attention. The shower enclosure did not close properly, so water leaked onto the floor, and there was no bath mat. There were also no hooks or suitable holders for towels; the only option was a heated towel rail located directly above the bidet, which we did not find suitable. Another unpleasant issue was the waste area near the entrance. For most of our stay, the bins were completely overflowing, with rubbish lying around them. Some of the bins were emptied before our departure, although waste from the organic bins was still left around the area. This was particularly disappointing considering that guests are specifically asked to take their rubbish to these bins. Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential and some genuinely nice features, but more attention to maintenance and practical equipment would significantly improve the experience.
