Location was ideal

I had missing pillows upon arrival and since it was late could not request more. Following day I requested 3 pillows but only had two. Apart from that pillows were like concrete bricks so hard that we had headaches every day we were there.

More or less OK but don't except too much.

Localization. Close to town center and close to climbing Crags. Room quite spacious and well lit. Good value for money if You catch promotion.

Building and room looks a bit unkept. I mean things like cigarette burns on sofa and table, dirty (really dirty) windows, broken equipment like lamps and fridge cover and cigarettes stench in the room. Parking lot is a joke - 6 places for the whole hotel, so You will have to search for parking spot in the city. Also You have to get keys for room in Riva Del Garda, which is a bit unconvinient.

The apartment was dated and tired, the sofa bed very uncomfortable and there was no kitchen washing up detergent or brushes nor soap in the bathroom.

Missing details

Good location.

A lot of missing details in booking. The price is not including cleaning sevice of 35 €. The key for the room is found 15min draiving frome the residence. We found out this only after we arrived.

Very average room, good quality/price rate for one night.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes when we arrived even though it is a non smoking apartment. Parking is difficult. Check in is 15min away from the actual location.

You need to pick up the keys in Riva Del Garda. Parking at the accommodation is limited.

Very large, good equipped apartement for very little money (off-season)

Very nice and large apartment in the city center of Arco. The rooms itself are very large and very well illuminated. There is very strong heating and an air conditioning in case your uncomfortable with the climate. The beds are comfortable. The room has a kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, water cooker and a electrical stove. Furthermore there is wireless internet and a television I did not use. Parking can sometimes be a little bit tricky. For the very cheap price during off season the place is great.

I had to pick up the key in Riva, Not nice if you are traveling by public transport

Appartamento molto spazioso in ottima posizione.

L'appartamento come lo stabile presenta diversi dettagli da rivedere, maniglie, mascherine delle serrature mancanti, velux non funzionanti, bastoni tende scassati, tanti dettagli che andrebbero sistemati, nello stabile sono presenti dei cavi che scendono dal tetto e si sente di giorno e di notte un macchinario partire spesso con un forte odore di nafta. Negli appartamenti con cucina forse mancano delle cappe efficienti in quanto l'odore di cipolle fritte ci ha accompagnato per tutti i tre giorni. Insomma abbiamo avuto l'impressione che abbiano voluto affrettare i tempi di apertura della stagione.ma non essendo ancora pronti.

Picevole soggiorno di due notti ad Arco

Sicuramente la posizione a due passi dal centro di Arco. Appartamento ben organizzato per 4 persone. Zona tranquilla nelle vicinanze delle maggiori attrazioni a nord del Lago di Garda (Torbole, Riva sul Garda, Limone, etc.) Parcheggio gratuito davanti la struttura. Sicuramente consigliato.

Poca dotazione di utensili da cucina. Serratura della porta d'ingresso difettosa che non chiude bene.

Tolle Lage, Gebäude hat Flair, könnte mehr draus gemacht werden.

Minimalistische Küchenausstattung, teilweise nicht mehr nutzbar. Abwasch war nur unter fließendem Wasser möglich. Schlafcouch übermäßig schmutzig mit vielen Flecken. Haare (Mensch oder Tier) auf Bettwäsche. Badetür nur mit viel Kraft zu schließen und öffnen. Fenster teilweise defekt, nicht mehr zu öffnen, bei Starkregen, regnete es rein. Bewertet wurde das Zimmer 403 (Dachgeschoss).

Può migliorare...

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, e consta di una stanza matrimoniale, bagno, soggiorno con cucina e corridoio con letto (?). Per il prezzo non ci lamentiamo, ottima anche la posizione. Siamo stati ospitati nell'appartamento con terrazzo, è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Seppure senza aria condizionata, abbiamo potuto beneficiare di un bel freschino naturale, sebbene fuori ci fossero +30°C. Tutto sommato la nostra breve esperienza non è stata male.

Il check-in non è in loco, ma è presso un albergo di Riva del Garda, a 15 minuti da Arco, quindi non proprio comodissimo. Il check-out invece si può fare direttamente presso il Residence. Rimanendo solo 2 notti, non avevamo necessità di utilizzare la cucina, che tuttavia ci è risultata scarna (non ci sono piatti, nè tazze, nè macchina per il caffè, etc.). Avere qualcosina in più in dotazione sarebbe utile. L'appartamento risulta un po' polveroso. Parcheggio libero sotto con pochi posti disponibili.

Arredamento . Non c'è un mobile uguale all'altro,comodini diversi, cucina essenziale,anche se la struttura è completamente ben ristrutturata . Tenda esterna pericolosa. No aria condizionata(caldo) Dover fare check in in un albergo a 6 km. Parcheggio privato mai libero.
