Great spot!

It was a last minute trip and it was worth it. Bruno was helpful by showing me and giving me full details about the entry to the residence and garage. (Super simple) The apartment was in a very calm area,nearby you had a grocery store,local coffee shop and bakery (5 minutes away by walk). This location is 10/12 minutes away by car to Riva centre. Apartment had all the essentials altough we didn’t spent our time indoors since we mainly explored Garda lake. If you want calm,affordable accommodation this is the right residence. Thank you again and happy holidays!

Nice appartment in quiet neighberhood with supermarket and pizzeria in walking distance. The host, Bruno, did everything to let you feel like at home.

Spacious appartment, nice and clean pool, market and bakery just around the corner, underground garage for the cars. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Some of the dishes in our appartment looked old and scratched and.should be replaced.

We loved it!

We had everything we needed for a family stay in this apartment. Kitchen with equipment, a room with a washing machine and cleaning equipment, AC, underground garage, modern pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept grass. Very friendly host, Bruno! Arco is a small town, but it has everything you need: Coop market, bakery with excellent bread (!) and croissants, a fantastic pizzeria and church. The Residenza Cinisca also offers a locable storage for bikes for each appartment.

New clean building and closed property. Very nice, new and clean swimming pool. Car parking in the basement. Ideal location as a base to visit the Garda lake area. Offcorse due to the location you need to be by person transportation like car or motorcycle when you want to explore the region.

Great place to stay

Quiet place, set In a beautiful location not too far from lake Garda park with a beautiful Mountain back drop. It was Perfect stop over exploring lake Garda from The south up to the north end of the lake. Local small supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was small but lovely and clean and had beautiful mountain views very picturesque - perfect for the one night stop over we stayed for The apartment was clean, and towels and bed linen provided The Host was very pleasant and easy to get hold of - always around

Some basics like small shampoo / toiletries and even fairy washing up liquid or washing machine tablets may be of use to provide as some like ourselves this was a one night stop off as we were only visiting lake Garda for the weekend therefore we had forgot some basics and didn’t have washing up liquid for example.

It was amazing! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing to visit all kinds of city’s and the Lake. The appartement is very spacious en modern, with everything you need. Also the pool is amazing, big, clean and the kids had a lot of fun. We defenetly go back!!!

Fantastic comfortable stay in Arco!

The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Bruno was very helpful and friendly. The washing machine was very handy. The pool was fantastic! A wee walk into Arco with lovely scenery en route - through vineyards etc.

This reads like there was a lot I didn't like when really there wasn't. It is a fantastic apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just a few niggles: the air con does not work when card not in door, or if balcony door open, meaning the apartment can get very warm and humid. No bedside lights. No kettle - though there was a coffee maker. TV has Netflix (smart tv) but needs Internet connection which wouldn't work with guest log in.

Dejligt sted med udsigt over bjergene.

Meget sød og hjælpsom vært. Hele stedet er pænt og ligger i et fint område med udsigt til bjergene og lidt væk fra alle turisterne. Vi havde poolen næsten for os selv. Gåafstand til indkøb og til en udmærket pizzarestaurant. Vil man noget mere, så er der ikke langt i bil eller på cykel. Lejligheden har det hele, og vi blev glædeligt overrasket over vaskemaskinen. Køkkenet er et tekøkken, men man kan lave mange ting alligevel. Fedt med parkeringskælderen.

Alt var virkelig fint.
