A clean and spacious apartment in a great location--Ideal for a family trip!

My family and I stayed at Residenza San Rocco for a week. It was fantastic in every way--an ideal base for our exploration of Arco and the Garda region. The apartment is located in a charming courtyard a short walk from the Arco town centre. One of the things we appreciated most was the cleanliness--we're quite particular about that and this is one of the cleanest places we've stayed, ever. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were all spotless. The beds in particular were very clean and comfortable and seemed almost new. Another delightful aspect of our stay was the host, who did everything in his power to make us feel welcome, including bringing us fresh bread and pastries at various points in our stay and even sending us off with a bottle of his own olive oil! He did his very best to be helpful, prompt, and kind. Everything worked smoothly, including the air conditioner--which was important. The apartment also has a range of bicycles in various sizes, which are great for family trips to the lake! We also enjoyed sitting on the apartment's private terrace to drink our morning coffee. We highly recommend this apartment for families who want to explore the region!

It was a bit difficult to work out what to do with the trash, so that could have been clearer. Otherwise a great stay!

Extraordinary holiday in exceptional town

We were astonished when we arrived there. The house is located on the edge of the small square, there is a small Church and other historical buildings. It's like from Italian romantic movie. The building itself seems to be newly renovated with a small reception in the basement and a luxurious granite staircase in the middle. Spacious apartment with a vast open living-dining room where on the left side is a small balcony. On the right, there is a short corridor leading to the bathroom with an attic window, which makes it bright, and the main bedroom. The main bedroom is large enough with comfortable beds. From the window, you can see the Arco Castle on the left side. The second bedroom is smaller with a small window to an open atrium space. The owner is very nice and friendly and helped us with all we needed. He made us feel like part of his family. There are several bikes (~8) in the basement which we could use for free. Handy as the bicycle path to the beach is just 200m from the house. The beach is around 3 km away. Arco's historical centre is around 800m away where most of it you go on walking/cycle path. How to describe Arco itself, I would just say "It's a town with a soul".

Exceptional

It was a great stay at a wonderful quarter! A charming host met us with the keys and helped us to carry our bags upstairs. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with everything and clean. From one bedroom you could see the Arco Castle, from the other ones - the inner yard. During our stay we received a bad with fresh bread from the host. We could also use bicycles for free! At the check out we received 2 bottles of olive oil as a present :) Thank you very much for such your care!

Apartments were nice and clean with enough space. Location was great. Owner was friendly and brought fresh bread one of the days :)

Dishwasher would have been nice, parking was not actually at the apartment but at a public car park nearby

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in perfekter Lage. Die öffentliche Parkmöglichkeit liegt 150 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Fahrräder gesichert untergestellt. Auch die WASCHMASCHINE im Erdgeschoss war uns eine große Hilfe. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
