10 to the host

The host, Daniel, and his father. So kind and warm. We were two families in two appartments and we were allowed to use the cozy shaded table/bench area so We could sit together for breakfast/dinner. The location is great. 5 min walk through the old narrow Streets to the square at the church.

Heat wawe came early this year. And the aircondition is not adequate. It is only one mashine per appartment. It is very noisy, could only lover the temperature in the living room to 26/27 degrees. The bedrooms were 29/30 degrees. You had to empty the aircondition for water every day. The appartments are with dated furniture (clean and Not broken). The balcony is propably great when temperatures are cooler and if you are just two people.

Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e forniti di tutto quel che serve. Daniel, il proprietario, è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

Come sentirsi a casa

Daniel ci ha accolti come se fossimo di famiglia, abbiamo fatto il check in insieme a lui e ci ha mostrato il nostro posto auto all'interno del cortile. Abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto con tutto l'occorrente per fare colazione e... una bottiglia di spumante. Appartamento super ordinato, pulitissimo e con ogni accessorio fondamentale. Bagno con lavatrice e pods in dotazione. Riscaldamento autonomo. Una chicca... il passaggio interno dal cortile al centro storico di Arco, in 5 minuti sei in centro! La prossima volta che saremo ad Arco cercheremo di pernottare nuovamente qui!

Die Wohnung liegt super, kurze Laufweite zur Innenstadt/Fussgängerzone. Daniel ist sehr freundlich, nimmt alle Wünsche der Gäste auf und ist immer schnell erreichbar. Wirklich toll! Wir sind ohne Auto vor Ort gewesen und das hat wunderbar geklappt. Da Daniel mir vorab die Trentino Card zugesendet hat, konnten wir damit auch anreisen und mit der App stöbern Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sogar mit Spül- und Waschmaschine.

Bardzo fajny i duży apartament z bardzo dobrym wyposażeniem, bardzo czysty. Do apartamentu przydzielony jest zamykany schowek na rowery z dostępem do prądu i całym zapleczem warsztatowym. W obiekcie jest winda a na posesji są miejsca postojowe. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.

Może w czasie pełni sezonu letniego, kiedy jest bardzo gorąco, przydałaby się klimatyzacja? Na szczęście we wrześniu nie była mi potrzebna.

Top ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zu den kleinen Gassen. Daniel ist ein netter Gastgeber, der uns stets gute Tipps geben konnte. Die Sitzecke im Innenhof bietet die Möglichkeit für nette Gespräche und Abende mit dem Gastgeber und anderen Gästen. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in Arco.

Tom & Jitka - Nám sa tu velice lúbilo

Především snaha majitele vyřešit jakýkoliv problém. Ihned. Velmi příjemná až rodinná nálada. Všude čisto, fakt všude. Perfektní vybavení pro fanoušky cyklistiky. Uzamykatelná kóje na kola se zásuvkou, výborně vybavená dílna, snadné mytí kol. Kola celý den pod kamerami. Naštěstí stranou turistického ruchu. Klidná oblast i když nedaleko historického centra. Obrovskou výhodou je možnost parkování v objektu. To v Arcu fakt oceníte. Do obchodního střediska s velkou prodejnou potravin je to 3 minutý autem. Malé potraviny hned za rohem. Pizza a zmrzlina pěšky do 5 minut chůze. Pizza dobrá. Zmrzlina lepší.

Daniel nos recebeu super bem e fui muito simpático. A localização é perfeita, você consegue sair dentro do centro de Arco por um lado e acessar com veiculo com estacionamento pelo outro. A acomodação era maravilhosa, vista incrível. Certamente voltaremos!

Menselijk en hartelijk.

De eigenaar Daniel en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig en doen alles voor je. Het verblijf hier voelt als een warm bad. Menselijk en hartelijk. In het appartement is aan alles gedacht. Fles wijn, flessen water, compleet ontbijt voor de eerste dag, met pak koffie enz. We zijn ook op andere locaties geweest waar alles via internet gaat, codes om binnen te komen, hoognodige aanwezig en voor de rest via internet bijbestellen; komt geen mens meer aan te pas. Geef ons maar Daniel. TOP verblijf. Auto parkeren op eigen terrein. Fietsen e.d. in aparte kelder. Via de oude poort aan de achterkant loop je zo het oude centrum van Arco in. Is een stedelijke locatie en Italianen zijn vroege vogels.

Perfekte Unterkunft für alle Sporturlauber

Wer Fahrräder mag wird diese Unterkunft lieben. Perfekte Waschstation und Werkbank, Fahrradkeller. Tolle Lage direkt an der Altstadt zum Biken und Klettern.

Fenster können leider nicht gekippt werden bzw. beide Flügel gehen auf. Dadurch ist eine Nachtlüftung nicht ganz einfach.

Tolle Unterkunft in Arco

Super freundlicher, sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Tolle Lage - man ist sofort im Zentrum drinnen. Zudem sind die Apartments mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller mit eigenen Abteilen zum Absperren und Steckdose zum Aufladen der E-Bike Akkus.
