Die Wohnung und das Gebäude sind neu, der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist inklusive. Man ist in <5 minuten zu fuß in der Altstadt, bei den Bars, restaurants und geschäften.

Neue Wohnung mit allem, was ich benötigte. Sogar mit großem Tiefgaragenplatz und einem eigenem Kellerraum für das Fahrrad. Sehr zentral gelegen. Auch ein Supermarkt liegt direkt um die Ecke.
Zur Rush-Hour hört man den Straßenlärm auf dem Balkon (deswegen 9 und nicht 10 Punkte).

We have had wonderful stay in the apartments (3 families). All elements exceeded our expectations. Hosts are very friendly and flexible. We liked the flats. They are almost brand new, very clean and comfortable. Also the location is very good - literally 3 minutes to the old streets, cafes, shops but not in the middle of the touristic zone. Also we liked Arco city very much as it was good compromise between being at Garda region and not in a super busy place with other tourists. We travelled to the Garda Lake by bikes, as there is nice bike-only road along the river. The building where apartments are located is very high standard, with underground parking and pleasant exterior.
The only thing we did not like so much was that you hear the cars on the street and we did not use the (large) balcony too much. At the same time when you close the windows there is no noise at all and with air-conditioning it is not a problem. Plus the windows view with the castle visible, especially in the evening is wonderful.

balkon weinig gebruikt ivm veel geluidsoverlast drukke weg.
