Luxury home from home experience

Views and location magical Very personal and welcoming service - nothing too much trouble for the very knowledgeable host. Rooms are big and very clean. Beds comfortable The roof terrace and jacuzzi a lovely addition and a very nice setting. Breakfast fresh and delicious. Boiled or scrambled eggs cooked fresh on order and great selection of fresh homemade products on a buffet basis. Everything felt like a touch of luxury, whilst also feeling like home from home, a very lovely and unique combination. There’s a mini bar in your room and a self service wine and beer bar in the breakfast room with a very nice selection of wine. Simply record what you use and pay on departure. There is also a 24 hour water dispenser (chilled, sparking and room temperature) We were in Lake Garda for a week and stayed here for 2 nights whilst travelling round the lakes but wish we’d used it as our base for the entire stay. Tip don’t use the address in sat nav it doesn’t work for some reason, but key in the name of the hotel on maps and it takes you strait to the door

I loved everything. The luxury feel of the hotel lends itself to including bath robes in the room to use when getting out of the jacuzzi or spa. Not a complaint just a suggestion to add to the luxury experience. A later check out time would have been nice as well

Our stay at Maso Botes Family Hotel in Arco was a delightful experience. Overlooking the breathtaking Lago di Garda, the hotel offers unparalleled views and beautifully maintained surroundings. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the homemade breakfast was a delicious way to start each day. The attentive family staff made us feel welcomed all the time. I highly recommend Maso Botes for a memorable business trip / vacation with stunning scenery and exceptional service.

Lovely staff, delicious breakfasts, great restaurant recommendations and excellent location for exploring the stunning Garda attention region! We will be back!

The air conditioning in our room would not go below 24 degrees which was quite hot for sleeping (although we kept forgetting to ask the staff about this so perhaps there was a trick we were missing). The hot tub on the terrace also was not warm and full of dead wasps/flies, it could do with a net to scoop these out with.

One of the most elegant stays ever!

Everything was spectacular! The family welcomed us very warmly and they were very helpful. The rooms were exceptional and both the view and location were marvelous! I simply loved everything about my stay. Andrea went out of his way to help us and make sure everything is going great. I rate the stay for 10 stars if I could.

Sehr idyllisch, besonders und fernab vom Massentourismus

Wir waren leider nur zwei Tage in dem wunderschönen Hotel. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee, einfach traumhaft, alles sehr sauber und stimmig. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, reichlich und lecker mit eigenen Produkten (Olivenöl, Honig u. a.). Man erfährt sehr viel über die eigenen Produkte, kann sehen wo sie hergestellt werden und diese natürlich auch kaufen. Renato und sein Sohn Andrea sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben viele Restaurant-Empfehlungen z.B. für das Abendessen und Ausflugstipps. Das Hotel befindet mitten im Olivenhain. Wir haben unser Auto während unseres Aufenthalts ruhen lassen (Parkplätze sind ausreichend) und sind mit Bus (Haltestelle ca. 1 km fußläufig entfernt) zum Gardasee gefahren. Vielen Dank an Renato und Andrea für die Gastfreundschaft.

Fantastische locatie, zeer goed verzorgde accommodatie met een verrukkelijk, met liefde gemaakt ontbijt door de mama van het huis. Familiair gevoerd.

Enigst nadeel je moet met de auto de berg af om ergens anders te eten omdat het zelf geen restaurant heeft. Wel hebben ze een uitstekende restaurant keuze voorbereid.

Traumhafter, erholsamer Aufenthalt am Hügel in Acro

Die Lage ist wunderschön oben am Hügel in Acro mit Blick auf die Landschaft inmitten von Olivenhainen. Ein wunderschöner, gepflegter Garten umgibt das Hotel. Es duftet überall nach den dort gepflanzen Kräutern. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Gardasee - alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig und wenn es zB regnet bietet sich der Wellnessbereich an.

Die Kosten für die Ersatzkarte des Zimmers (da verloren) erschienen uns etwas zu hoch.

Die Lage sowie die Aussicht über Arco bis Riva eigentlich genau wie auf den Bildern . Sehr überrascht waren wir über die extreme Sauberkeit und Hygiene am Frühstücksbufett sowie der gesamten Anlage und den Zimmern. Sehr liebe freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber die keine Fragen offen lassen.

Wunderschöne Lage, sehr saubere und großzügige Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön, wie auch die ganze Anlage inmitten der Olivenbäume. Frühstück ist top, v.a. das lokale Brot. Ev. könnte die Frühstückszeit länger sein. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein echtes Secret eacape Plätzchen.

Sehr schöne, in den Olivenhainen gelegene moderne, sehr herzlich geführte Unterkunft. Alles ist sauber, chic und passt perfekt zueinander. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, das Frühstück unschlagbar gut.

Der perfekte Kaffee (Maschine) hätte auch nachmittags zugänglich sein können. Ansonsten alles perfekt!
