Velmi dobře situované apartmánové ubytování kousek od centra Arca. V apartmánu je vše, co je uvedeno. V zázemí budovy je prádelna a herna/společenská místnost. Parkování v uzavřeném dvoře, hned u apartmánu. Lze si půjčit kola pro ježdění po městě - popřípadě na krátké projížďky, k jezeru. Apartmány nové, čisté, pěkně postavené. Dvě ložnice ideální pro rodinu s 2 dětmi. Milý a pozorný majitel.

No significant concerns but limited bench space in Kitchenette was sometimes awkward.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mehrfach mit schönen Geschenken überrascht. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus ist gut abgesichert mit einem Tor. Wir haben auch Fahrräder ausgeliehen.

Struttura nuovissima, tutto funzionale dalla cucina al bagno. Camere da letto spaziose e ben attrezzate. Eravamo in 5 con 3 bambini piccoli e ci hanno fornito culle per ogni bambino. Ambienti climatizzati, servizio di ricezione valige, servizio biciclette e lavanderia. Posto auto spazioso e recintato. Sull’Host solo commenti positivi, il sig. Giancarlo ha fornito indicazioni utilissime per tutta la permanenza, oltre a omaggiarci di un dolce tipico e di un ottima bottiglia di olio locale prima della partenza. Sarà tappa fissa nei prossimi viaggi e lo consiglierò ad amici e parenti.
