We stayed 11 nights and enjoyed it immensely

Location was excellent with proximity to most essential facilities including bicycles for residents use. Great dishwasher and washing machine appliances and secure on-site parking were appreciated. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

No significant concerns but limited bench space in Kitchenette was sometimes awkward.

Superb

A very comfortable apartment in a building of 5 apartments, very close to the old city center of Arco. Everything you’ll need is there, and the airconditioning will keep you cool on the very hot days of the summer. The owner is very helpful and always available to make sure everything is as it should be.

I didn’t like the coffee maker - and didn’t manage to pour a single cup without spilling. That’s all, the rest was just about perfect. Oh yes, also the wifi wasn’t very fast most of the time.

Velmi dobře situované apartmánové ubytování kousek od centra Arca. V apartmánu je vše, co je uvedeno. V zázemí budovy je prádelna a herna/společenská místnost. Parkování v uzavřeném dvoře, hned u apartmánu. Lze si půjčit kola pro ježdění po městě - popřípadě na krátké projížďky, k jezeru. Apartmány nové, čisté, pěkně postavené. Dvě ložnice ideální pro rodinu s 2 dětmi. Milý a pozorný majitel.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mehrfach mit schönen Geschenken überrascht. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus ist gut abgesichert mit einem Tor. Wir haben auch Fahrräder ausgeliehen.

PERFETTO

Struttura nuovissima, tutto funzionale dalla cucina al bagno. Camere da letto spaziose e ben attrezzate. Eravamo in 5 con 3 bambini piccoli e ci hanno fornito culle per ogni bambino. Ambienti climatizzati, servizio di ricezione valige, servizio biciclette e lavanderia. Posto auto spazioso e recintato. Sull’Host solo commenti positivi, il sig. Giancarlo ha fornito indicazioni utilissime per tutta la permanenza, oltre a omaggiarci di un dolce tipico e di un ottima bottiglia di olio locale prima della partenza. Sarà tappa fissa nei prossimi viaggi e lo consiglierò ad amici e parenti.

Rewelacyjny pobyt w Arco i nad północną Gardą.

To już nasz drugi pobyt w Arco, tym razem w nowym miejscu. Miejsce bardzo blisko centrum Arco, przy samej rzece Sarca, dzięki czemu mieliśmy blisko do trasy rowerowej nad jez. Garda. Dużo miejsca na auto. Na miejscu dostępne rowery gospodarza i schowek na własne rowery. Dodatkowo ogólnodostępny pokój wypoczynkowy. Apartament przestronny, bardzo czysty i zadbany. No i przede wszystkim przesympatyczny i bardzo życzliwy gospodarz, który od samego początku oferował nam pomoc w różnych sprawach (schowek na rowery), czy też doradzał nam w planowaniu tras i wycieczek po okolicy. A na koniec przyniósł nam pyszne pieczywo i podarował nam butelkę oliwy :-)

W łazience przydałaby się jakaś dodatkowa szafka lub półeczka na kosmetyki, ale to drobiazg. Troszkę było słychać ulicę obok, czego nie da się niestety uniknąć w mieście.

Krásný apartmán, velmi dobře a promyšleně vybavený, poblíž centra Arco. Skvělý hostitel, pan Giancarlo, který byl velmi milý a ochotný.

Slabší Wi-Fi signál, hlavně ve večerních hodinách, ale to pro nás nebyla překážka

Tolle Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen für Ausflüge in die Berge oder zum Gardasee. Es war sehr sauber und der Vermieter Giancarlo super. Er hat uns zwischendurch Erdbeeren vor die Tür gestellt und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus bietet kostenlos Leihfahrräder. Zudem gibt es ein Spielkeller, der besonders unsere Kinder begeistert hat.

Ein oder zwei Schränke mehr wären gut gewesen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Zentral gelegene, gepflegte Wohnung

Gepflegte, neue Wohnung mit Wohnküche und zwei Schlafzimmern. Auch ein Balkon ist vorhanden, den wir aber im Winter nicht benutzt haben. Alles war zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Uns wurden Leihräder zur Verfügung gestellt, die wir aber im Winter nicht gebraucht haben, zumal die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt.

Spül- bzw. Putzmittel, Putzschwamm und Lappen wären noch schön gewesen. Spülmaschinentabs mitbringen. Salz, Pfeffer usw. mitbringen.
