Perfect location, in center of arco. All you need in the apartment. Washer, dishwasher, plenty of room. Responsive host. She helped us with parking.

Very nice location, but needs AC during the summer

Location is amazing, everything is super close by, you live in the center of the city, clean appartment.

It was crazy hot in the apartment on the 3rd floor. Inside of the rooms it was +29-30c even at the night time, so with no AC in the apartment it's almost impossible to sleep. (It was ~35c day/~27c night outside during the trip)

Very nice appartment well located in center of Arco. Appartment is clean and spacious. Anita is kind and helpful. Plenty of good restaurants around. Possibility of free parking at +/- 400 meters from the appartment.

Can be noisy in the early morning due to street cleaning machine and garbage removal trucks. An oven would have been appreciated in order to warm up the remaining pizzas from the day before))

Finding a free parking spot in Arco can be sometimes challenging. Water in shower could be warmer :)

We really loved the apartment, it is quite big and has everything what we needed. The place is really in the center of Arco. Owner was very nice and helpful. We recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Everything was very clean and the apartment itself is really cosy. It has a nice spirit and fits authentically to Arco, as a climbing hot-spot. The host was very helpful and if we ha any question, we got fast reply! So it was a pleasure for us staying at camp4 - we will certainly come back!

Exceptional

The location facilitated easy parking, and is central to Arco. This also provides easy access. The size, layout and standard of accommodation was superb. I will be definitely using this faculty again. From the moment of booking, Anita ensured we were fully looked after. Provided with lots of useful information of all the activities and POC’s.

Location excellent, Apartment really clean and within easy reach of good restaurants.

cooking facilities not adequate.(no oven, grill or toaster). also cafetierre only for one person. no kitchen drying cloth. shower lacked caddy for soap, shampoo, etc. (only one toilet roll available) the mezzanine lacked sufficient lights and also no dressing mirror. Really only suitable for children due to lack of head room

Apartment ist im 3. Stock aber solang man gut zu Fuß ist sollte es kein Problem sein, kein Parkplatz und die öffentlichen meist voll und teuer

Appartamento moderno veramente coccolo e carino, pieno di tutti i confort, situato in una posizione bellissima. E Anita veramente molto disponibile.

Se mi posso permettere in tutto il bello del soggiorno ha stonato un po' la camera da letto matrimoniale. Dove i sacchi letto/coperte erano singoli, e i cuscini erano morbidissimi/scomodi (questo è solo un nostro parere perché apprezziamo il cuscino che sostenga bene la testa) x il resto veramente tutto fantastico.

Preis - Leistung völlig in Ordnung

Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bis auf ein paar kleinesten Kleinigkeiten voll ausgestattet. Ebenso war es sehr sauber.

Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt, ebenso war der Duschkopf defekt und wir haben ihn provisorisch fixiert- war dann kein Problem. Leider ist es aufgrund des angrenzenden Restaurants sehr laut und morgens werden scheinbar sehr früh Getränke geliefert... auch muss wohl jemand morgens sehr früh zur Arbeit und startet deswegen mit einer typischen italienischen Vespa, welche in der Gasse auditiv ihr Bestes gibt... Eine ruhige Lage ist es wohl eher nicht..

Zentrale, geräumige Unterkunft für Familien und Klettergruppen.

Camp4 liegt zentral an der Haupt-Fußgängerzone in Arco. Man kann mit dem Auto hinfahren bis auf den Hof vor das Tor, um aus- oder einzuladen. Das dreistöckige Haus liegt etwas zurück von der Haupt-Geschäftsstraße, eingebettet in geschlossene Bebauung, deswegen ist es nicht zu sehr der Sonne ausgesetzt - wichtig wegen der fehlenden Klimaanlage. Es gibt zwei Wohnungen im 2. Stock und zwei im 3. Stock, letztere direkt unter dem Dach. Dort kann es im Sommer schonmal etwas wärmer werden, aber solange die Außentemperaturen unter 30 Grad blieben, war es in der Wohnung ok (nur am letzten Tag wurde es sehr schwül draußen bei 31 Grad, da hätten wir eine Klimaanlage gebrauchen können). Es gibt in 5 Minuten Entfernung einen Ladeplatz für Elektrofahrzeuge, was zum vorübergehenden Parken sehr praktisch war. Zum Dauerparken gibt es an der Via Porta Scaria einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz (1€/h), der ab 19h kostenlos ist: Man muß kurz vorher dort parken, sonst ist er voll! Für Radsportler gibt es im Hof einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum. Als wir da waren, war er leer.

Die Lichtschalter sind sehr zahlreich und unübersichtlich. Es wäre hilfreich, sie zu beschriften! Man sollte sich bewußt sein, daß bis zu drei Stockwerke zu Fuß zu bewältigen sind - aber da die meisten zum Klettern nach Arco kommen, sollte das kein Problem sein ;-)

Lage ist perfekt, Größe war für fünf Personen mit Kindern auch in Ordnung. Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Bikes sehr gut.

Innenhof ist auf den Bildern gepfelgter als er tatsächlich war! Ausstattung in der Küche Mangelhaft! Zum Putzen waren kaum Utensilien da. Die was vorhanden waren, waren sehr unhygienisch! Auch Kleiderhacken um Jacken aufzuhängen haben total gefehlt, nasse Regenjacken konnten kaum getrocknet werden.
