Amazing stay in a beautiful and modern apartment!

The landlord is amazing. Not only does she have a beautiful flat that made us feel right at home but she is the kindest and sweetest person. We went to Arco for rock climbing and were faced with a bit of rain - Luana was sorry for the weather and send us many suggestions for alternative activities so that we would enjoy the trip never the less. All communication was prompt and easy and the apartment is located only minutes away from great climbing spots. I can 100% recommend the stay.

Hola??? Dónde están los dueños??

Bastante limpio, bien ubicado y la atención de Natalia (no era la dueña) fue muy muy buena.

A los días de llegar nos quedamos sin calefacción, a los 2 días Natalia pudo solucionarlo, lo que no pudo solucionar fue que no tuviésemos conexión a internet. Nos propuso ir a su B&B para que la utilizásemos pero no era lo suyo. No podíamos mirar dónde ir al día siguiente, reservar cosas… los dueños parece ser que estaban de vacaciones y llegaron a mitad de nuestra estancia. No se presentaron, no preguntaron qué tal, no solucionaron los problemas… de hecho al vivir ellos encima desde que llegaron, todos los días sobre las 7:30-8 de la mañana había que levantarse ya que no dejaban de hacer ruido y se escucha todo en el dormitorio.
