Appartamento nel cuore di Arco, adiacente ai luoghi da visitare, ristoranti, bar, negozi, ecc. Ben attrezzato, non ci è mancato nulla. Utilissimo il posto auto nel garage interrato, perché i parcheggi, anche quelli a pagamento, nei giorni festivi erano generalmente pieni

Come già anticipato dall'host, ho avuto sempre difficoltà ad aprire la serratura dell'appartamento, andrebbe sistemata.

Perfekte Lage, gemütliche Wohnung, nette Gastgeberin

Arco ist ein sehr schöner Ort, die Lage des Appartements ist direkt im Zentrum. Appartement ist perfekt für 2 Personen, es geht sich aber auch gut für eine Familie aus. Betten sind bequem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Parkmöglichkeit auf einem Privatparkplatz in einer Tiefgarage um 10€ ist möglich.

Es gibt keine Haken um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Türen gehen sehr schwer auf, trotz Anleitung der Gastgeberin hatten wir unsere Schwierigkeiten.

Una presa in giro

Un appartamento carino, pulito, in una bella posizione e tenuto bene, disponeva di ogni accessorio necessario.

Sull’annuncio chiaramente c’è scritto che è presente l’aria condizionata; al nostro arrivo, dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno ed un parcheggio privato al costo di 10,00€ a giornata, scrivo alla proprietaria per chiedere come si accendesse l’aria condizionata e mi viene detto che si è rotta casualmente il giorno prima. Sapete cosa c’è d’interessante? Che nei muri non c’erano prese, tubi o qualsiasi altra cosa che potesse far sembrare che fino al giorno prima ci fosse stato attaccato un climatizzatore. Dopo le mie lamentele, sono riuscita almeno a farmi rimborsare il costo del parcheggio (perché di loro spontanea volontà non lo avrebbero mai fatto, si sarebbero intascati tutti i soldi senza nemmeno un minimo di umanità e rispetto verso il cliente) ma credo che non possa soddisfare la presa in giro che abbiamo subito, il che è un peccato perché il posto era bello e tenuto veramente bene; almeno un ventilatore potevano metterlo essendo che eravamo in estate!!
