Very cosy. Only stayed 1 night- 2 adults 2 children. Everything you need in a kitchen including cleaning products and bags. Tv in every room was a bonus.

Nice size. Easily accessible. Smart tv in all rooms.
James was so helpful. I had no idea a light had gone and he turned up to fix within the hour! Offered advice to local places as we are relocating to the areas
On the final day the WiFi was a tad hit and miss - but didn’t affect the children and the tv (thankfully :) )
I’ve stayed at another property that had a clothes horse but that didn’t. It wasn’t a problem as I grabbed some pegs and left for the next guest!

Loads room well maintained and the ability to take your dog was perfect
Nothing overall very high standard

It had a car parking space.
Beds uncomfortable. Nowhere to sit and eat a meal except on the sofa (which was uncomfortable). Windows filthy. Garden a wasteland. Whole place desperately needs a makeover. Depressing environment. Thank God we only stayed two nights.

The house had everything needed for a short stay.
There was an issue with the hot water but the owners attended quickly and sorted it for us. They were very friendly and made us feel at home.

Ultimate enthusiasm. Beautiful house, 100% clean and fully equipped. If the accommodation is available on our next visit, we will be very happy to come back again. The city center is 20 minutes far by bus (the bus stop is next to the house), a large shopping center is 20 minutes far on foot and the train station is 10 minutes far on foot. I especially recommend this location if you want to visit The Wrekin.
Street traffic can be heard through the windows and the door in the master bedroom creaked so badly that we had to leave it half open at night in case one of us needed to go to the bathroom. But those are just details.

The house (which was NOT House Number 12 which we were expecting to stay at) was in a quiet cul de sac. It was very quiet considering it was in the middle of quite a built up area.
There are shops, takeaways, a pub (The Cock Hotel) and a children's playground within walking distance. It was a good base location to explore the Telford area.
The house had the feel of somewhere that had been recently refurbished with new carpets etc. The bedrooms were all a good size. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. The kitchen had a breakfast bar and a table. It had a large glass window from which you could see the garden. The garden is very nice and full of roses. It also has outdoor lights and would be beautiful in the summer (we visited in October). It's a very nice little house.
The two bedrooms and the lounge had TVs and we could access Netflix and other services easily.
It was not the house that was advertised. We did not stay at number 12 but a number 8. This was no biggy as the house was lovely but it caused a bit of a panic at the beginning as we had been given two addresses. Assuming, we were staying at number 12 (as all the email headers and booking information said) we went there first to find it occupied. The owner was quick to contact us and explain the situation.
As I said before, the house has the feel of somewhere that has been recently bought and refurbished. It is extremely clean in all the areas except the lounge. The rug, the sofa bed and the chair would all benefit with a good clean from a Rug Doctor (or similar machine). The oven also had a dirty oven tray in it.
The house was minimally furnished. There were no frills, no extras - and that is absolutely fine - but it could have really benefitted from having at least one full length mirror somewhere, and some hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. I'd also recommend having a curtain to pull over the glass door (frosted but you can still look through the clear parts of the pattern easily) if it is to be used as an additional sleeping area (we used a duvet cover).
These are all little niggles. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Clear communication throughout. Nothing exciting but a very affordable stay with all the basics.
A dining table would be good or some chairs for breakfast bar.

Nowhere to sit and eat.
Issue with oven reported but no communication from owner.
